“They have very nice children’s clothing and a great selection. However, the customer service is unfortunately below par. There seems to be a lack of attentiveness from staff. With better hiring and training, this store could truly be excellent.”

The employees are so real with what’s flattering, that is so important because other stores tell me things look good, and I come home so upset with the turnout. “PSA owner is a friend and a relative of my son. That being said, I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, I think. Most of my dress clothing comes from this store. The staff is fantastic. The clothing selection is perfect. The prices are commensurate to the quality. And, when I’m in need, they come through. Big time.”
