This CVS is the absolute worst one I've ever been to, and I've been to all of them in my area. The store is never stocked well, it's a very small store that is in the middle of Cedarhurst which could be a better store if it were a larger one. The employees are, for the most part, overwhelmed when there's a lot of customers, especially the manager who is not nice when he's got a lot of people waiting to check out.
This store is located in the stupidest parking lot ever. Once you get in you can't get out until everyone in front of you either finds a spot or just leaves. Being trapped in this lot is infuriating so I don't go in there anymore. Sure, it's 4 blocks from my house but it's just not worth the annoyance of driving to the CVS and I wouldn't waste my time, money or energy walking there because they are probably out of stock for what I would need to get.
I'm not even done complaining about this store but I'm annoying myself thinking about it.
The worst CVS in America, I'm pretty sure.

This is genally a great store but the pharmacy is below average. My wife had a simple script that they couldn't process properly claiming the insurance doesn't cover and wanted $650! We tried 3 more times and they were rude to her. Finally we took the script to another CVS branch and they processed it properly within minutes. $5 copay.

The worst pharmacy in the five towns. Everyone that works in the back is lazy. I don't understand why they have to close for lunch time. People need their meds. There are about 5 people working in the pharmacy, why can't they rotate their lunch time? People needing their Medication is more important than their lunch break. It's actually ridiculous.

Do NOT go the pharmacy here. They pick and choose whose prescription gets filled right away. I was standing online for 10 min. There was a lady a few people ahead of me whose prescription was not ready and they told her to wait. She refused and they filled it right away while she stood in line while there was a huge line behind us (due to them being on lunch and just opening up). And when it was as my turn up they said my prescription wasn't ready even though it was called in days ago! They made me get off line to go to the other counter. I did that. And they said it was on a hold and I had to wait 25 min. I asked if I could get a rush in it since the other lady's was filled right away. And by rush I mean 5-10 min, not even right away. When I said why did they fill the other lady's right away the pharmacist said oh that lady was shaking and needed it. She was NOT shaking. I watched her stand in line for 10 min! I guess I wasn't the right skin tone for them
