I brought my 2016 Toyota Sienna to Exotic Repair & Collision on Central Ave for some front-end work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Neal and his team were absolutely amazing—professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The work was completed quickly and done right. Neal even went above and beyond by sending a driver to pick me up when the car was ready. The pricing was fair and not overpriced. I give them a solid 5 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, honest auto body work.

Hands-down, the best place I’ve been for any Auto Body shop or business in general.
Neil, the owner is a diamond and an outstanding professional he cares about his clients like his own family. I have never seen such treatment and caring in my life. I will put my life in this guy’s hand, let alone my car. I could not recommend this place more. They fixed my car, professionally meticulously and expeditiously. Absolutely one of the best choices that I made in my life in choosing this business. Highly highly highly recommended. This place puts to shame all other auto bodies that I’ve dealt with in my life. This morning somebody rear ended me on the highway. My aunt told me to go to Exotic Collision to fix my car because she recently had an amazing experience. Neil, the gentleman who helped me, treated me with the upmost importance and respect, making me his top priority. He gave me all the time I needed and even helped me get my rental car. He had such patience with me that it made me feel calm after the trauma I experienced from the accident. He treated me like his own child making sure that I get the safest rental car so that if anything god forbid happens, I will be completely safe. Before I left, Neil told me to take down his number just in case anything happens in the future. He told me I should call him for any accident, oil change, or even just a flat tire. Where do you find such people like this? I am beyond impressed and will only be using Exotic Collision from now on. Thank you Neil and your whole team! You saved me!

The owner personally took care of my bumper that unclipped from my car, i thought it was an all day thing he didn’t even charge me, he’s an honest and incredible person! The fact that he could’ve charged me $500 and i would’ve paid not knowing cause it looked substantial. Fast, and reliable. Definitely recommend! Dan and Neil thank you so much!

I came in around 5:15pm, just 45 minutes before closing, with brake pads that needed urgent replacement. I was heading out of town for Memorial Day weekend and needed the car ready that same night. Without hesitation, they told me, “No problem.” One guy went out to get the parts, and within minutes, three guys were working on the car. They had everything done by 6pm sharp.
They went above and beyond to get it done — fast, fair, and with complete transparency. Great prices, honest service, and outstanding customer care. Highly recommend!
