This place is a joke!!! I've been trying to call for 2 weeks to ask a few questions and there is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone!!! I've even left messages and still nothing!! I'm not gonna waste my time going to the place just to be told they can't do the testing I need!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

Took my dad here for blood work. The staff was freindly professional and well organized which made the process quicker. There is plenty of parking and we were able to check in from our mobile phone and recieved a text when technician was ready. Overall it was a quick and smooth process.

A good amount of Labcorps have terrible reviews, and I'm so glad I took the time to research a location that didn't (it wasn't easy). I traveled for 1hr and 20 mins to get to this location and I'll do it again!I love the express sign-in, where we can sign ourselves in, and I love that they have an option for those who prefer to stay in their cars, just wonderful.There was one phlebotomist and she was lovely! To add I was purposely very early for my appointment (cause we never know), and there was an opening for me to be seen earlier. This took me from a 45 min wait to a 17 min wait. I LOVED THAT, I didn't know what to do with myself. This is a great place to go for blood work ??.

I made an appointment online - nice and easy. Since I have to pay out of pocket for the particular test, I had a simple question: what is the fee/price of the test. No such info on their website, when I tried to call, I got into kafkaesque loop - no one to talk to, or leave a message/call back number. Finally, someone in Labcorp call center picked up, only to put me on hold, and disconnect. Basically I wasted most of my morning on the phone, listening to prompts, music, in endless loop. I decided to go in person to the Cedarhurst office - no one in the reception window, no one to speak to… To their credit, cancelling an appointment was easy.

Staff there are so nice! And fastest appointment I’ve ever had getting blood drawn for labs. I waited 5 min max. Reservation online, self check in kiosk
