Just called Parts Authority at 440 Rockaway Turnpike to order the brake master cylinder and they told me will take an hour. I went to the store an hour later and then they told me that the store they order it originally did not have it so they need to order it from another store. Bottom line is I'm waiting for more than 4 hours to get my part. They need to be more organized, I don't know if their computer system is not accurate or what but this is not right for the customers. They are wasting my time and I'm wasting the mechanic time. It's not right.

If I can rate negative stars I would. The parts from here are not cheap and horrible. I have had to come back on the same replacement part 2 times already in less than a month. The 2nd replacement has just stopped working. The part is the blower motor fan for a/c and heating. They know their parts are horrible that is why they do not give refunds on electrical parts. In the height of the summer no a/c.

As soon as I walked in the store Gerson greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. He was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Parts Authority because of him.

Horrible customer service. I took off to get my car fixed part was suppose to be there had to end up driving an extra hr to a different location and guess what the mechanic is gone for the day. Thanks for the great experience NOT

This place is a joke Mike and his guys couldn’t get me a battery after a week of back and forth and delayed on there end there is an advanced auto up the block save yourself a headache and get your car fixed faster without this place
