“Stars for service!

Took a drive down to Cedarhurst, made a stop to see what selection this CVS may have since we love drug stores and all its’ stationary products. It’s sad to say that this location was not well stocked with products but it seems to be a high volume store with a lot of foot traffic. Under my expertise and understanding, there may be a lot of items missing due to people just picking them up without paying.

I was trying to look up items using the cvs app and a lot of things showed up many in stock but we couldn’t find it. We asked employees for help and they were very helpful, especially the young lady who appears to be the manager. She tried her best to look through the aisle and section to find the items we requested however it was not found.

I really appreciated her service to go above and beyond to trying to help and achieve customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my time at the location was short since the availability of products were minimal.

I can see the employees work hard in also placing the products and attending to customers. However, it may be an issue of security. Hope that the service remains in this CVS as it is hard to find in this part of town.”
