311 main st cvs plaza center moriches.had NO shopping carts available...none in the entire store. only pull baskets, as a handicapped person, i was not able to complete my shopping

Older blonde woman at the front desk chose not to accept a ups drop off package I carried inside. I’ve dropped off larger heavier boxes there before but got turned down. Went down the street to another cvs and they told me “as long as it’s under 50lbs they accept it and the only reason the other cvs didn’t accept it is because they didn’t feel like doing it” The package was way under 50lbs and I was able to carry it in and out myself (not a big person) and easily get it scanned in from the other location no issues. Go to the cvs by king kullen on main street instead, avoid this one and this woman.

The CVS will not help if your Apple Card Or Amazon card is failed to redeem or otherwise. The store manager is a female and lies that they cannot do nothing. I have a case and pictures that I cannot redeem my card, etc. and corporate headquarters will not upload the picture to get my money back. No less other card.
Go to Rite Aid they will give you another card if your card is not been able to redeem go to another CVS store other than 311 the corner of riches by the firehouse.
Go to a competitors place to get a cards go to a different CVS

This CVS gets it’s two stars from the store, which I would rate 4 stars. The pharmacy gets ZERO stars! Every single time I go there there is another story, another problem, and no one ever has the answer. The pharmacists won’t deign to speak to you. They just rudely stare at you while the techs and assistants try to figure out why they never have what they’re supposed to, why the phone number on file is always erased, why they forgot to put the prescription on auto renew again, where the prescription disappeared to etc, etc. Honestly, I must be crazy for continuing to get our households prescriptions filled here for so many years! The pharmacists here absolutely disgust me with their attitude.

The staff are not knowledgeable in anything you carry on your shelves. The self checkout is horrendous and lazy. Put your personel to work

called this store's pharmacy for assistance and female pharmacist on the other end was so sweet & helpful! unfortunately I did not ask her name before hanging up, but she really made quite the impression during our brief conversation & she was able to help assist right away!

This review is for Metzi. So I recently just started working and while this is embarrassing to admit, mid shift I was very thirsty. My debit card (that had about $7 on it wasn’t working for some reason, so I had a handful of coin change. I apologized repeatedly but she em me not to worry at all (luckily no one was waiting to check out. The cashier; a beautiful friendly young girl named Metzi, saw that I was around 30 cents short. I knew I had more money in my car (Pennys at this point) and she said not to worry and she without hesitation says “I’ll give you a dollar!”. Not only that, but she gave me her change back out of her dollar. You don’t come across individuals like this anymore. She genuinely touched my heart and she deserves nothing but the best in her life. Many blessings to her and thank you Metzi sorry for the delay , had a little accident with my eldest son so haven’t been there for two days ☹️ hope to see you soon ! A million thank yous.-Jes
