This is the most incompetent group of pharmacy employees CVS has. Every single month for 5 months I have had an issue with my medication despite me providing the correct insurance information every single month. Not only are they incompetent, they are extremely rude. Transferring all of my family’s prescriptions to a different CVS because I can’t deal with the headache anymore.

This is the WORST CVS. I am definitely going to change pharmacies. I asked for a refill on my medication weeks prior 3 different people told me my medication was going to be in and I take off work just to pick this medication up. I am now over due 3 days of taking my medication. This is unacceptable and I am furious!!!! Do not come here!!!

I always love to shop in here the staff is so helpful ! They are curtious patient and cheerful The place is always clean ! Always neat and you go in for one thing and come out with many they always have diff inventory !

I recently went to pick up prescriptions and inquire how much I would have to pay out of pocket for another prescription. It was 3 mins before their lunch hour and the pharmacy tech informed me I would have to wait on the consultation line but they were closing for lunch. I returned and waited on the consultation line. The same male pharmacy tech attempted to work with another pharmacy tech to find my address/account on the computer. .She informed him that the computer went down and told him to go to the other computer to work on filling another prescription. She left to work the pharmacy cash register. I said "This is ridiculous, I was waiting patiently and now he's working on someone else's order?" As I walked away the tech working the register said "I told you the computer was down" and then laughed at me as I left the store.

Idiotic morons who don't understand how to count days let alone the amount of medication. They have made up "CVS policy on day 33 you can get on your knees and beg. But because of our "policy we are unable to fulfill your needs. GFYS cvs

Met the new manager and I must say he was pleasant and extremely helpful. There has been a fantastic change in the store since he's been here, the shelves are full and neat and easily accessible. I love my CVS and happy to see the big changes. Thank you new manager :-)

Horrible customer service from the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians who are very pretentious. The Pharmacist was not friendly and provided me with poor customer service. This pharmacy has major problems. I do not know or understand how this place has any good reviews. Also my prescriptions have been deleted without my permission on more than one occasion. No apologies, no transparency, no accountability. Most of the time the medication is out of stock. The store is also not clean.

Horrible pharmacy. The pharmacist manager- (Anne T. Leogrande) and her staff are unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, the pharmacist needs to go back to pharmacy school. Whoever writes good reviews about this pharmacy must be working there. Horrible past few experiences! Save yourself the time and energy and take your business elsewhere!

Pharmacist answered phone with a RUDE attitude! Answered with a snarky … talk to me… no hello, no introduction, just rude like I was bothering her.Told me she’s rude because she works too many hours. Didn’t know that was an excuse to be rude to a cancer patient with Covid. This pharmacy & pharmacy staff is the worse! Not first time issues with them. Wish we could go back in time when ppl were decent & respectful.
