Going to a gym is a very personal experience. I've gone to four or five in the area and for me this seems to be the most comfortable. Clean, new equipment, friendly owners and staff and excellent protein shakes.

I called to inquire about how much membership would be at this gym for only a month since I will be in the area for only 30 days. 1) Gideon, the gentleman who answered the phone and that is in charge of memberships, had a very aggressive and hostile demeanor. 2) I was quoted at "roughly $135 a month, but I do not know for sure". Not only is it sad that he does not know for sure, since he did put me on hold for 5 minutes to find out the price which he is supposed to know, but it is also sad and unphathomable that someone would pay "roughly" $135 a month to workout at a gym for only a month, when so many others are more 60% cheaper for the same month-to-month contract with the same amenities. In all seriousness, I just think he got upset at me because I would not commit to a yearly membership on the phone without first setting foot inside the gym. He seemed like he was intentionally trying to get me NOT to sign up for whatever reason, so the price he gave probably was not the real price, but an extremely bloated amount. Regardless, the customer service at this place, solely due to Gideon, is atrocious!

I can’t say enough about East End Fitness, everyone there is amazing! Being someone who is just starting out on my journey to health it is nice to be able to go to a place where you feel safe and no one judges you. The owners are so nice and their trainers are phenomenal! The environment is clean and well maintained, I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say! If your looking for a safe place to go definitely check them out!

I oww a business near the gym and know the owner... well I thought I did.....here's how despicable and thoughtless the owner Dave proved to be.....I have NEVER written a review let alone a bad one but this is so hurtful I had to post..I am suffering from terminal cancer and received 90 dollar collection bill.. I haven't been to the gym in years and explained that they need to fix this before it getson my credit report . If it does my credit rating of 780 will drop significantly and will cost my wife and 2 young daughters higher rates, interest and fees totaling thousands yearly after I'm gone.Well it never got taken care of and my credit rating dropped to around 720 or less and even my car insurance has been affected ..this is so horrible now for my kids and wife because my credit rating saved us so much money ..selfish, arrogant and uncaring is my impression of the man over the years and I was correct. Emailed Dave a week ago and got no response as I expectedII will post a similar incident from 5 or 6 years ago that shows a patter of selfishness and arrogance sometime in the next few days. ..ty

If I could give them 10 stars I would… I literally have nothing negative to say about this place! The facility is always clean. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. The front desk staff are THE sweetest, most welcoming people. The girls who run the child care are AMAZING! The owner is a sweetheart as well. My four year old son begs for me to bring him to the gym because of how much fun he has there. I give him all the credit for getting me to show up every day at this point! Great place over all and thank you guys for all that you do! :)

Horrible gym and I recommended you stay far far away. They inflate their reviews by asking friends to leave high ratings in hope it covers up their terrible business. Horrible staff, refusing to expand/get new equipment, several broken machines that serve major purpose, and the male owner is a POS towards any and everyone. Don’t waste your time here or money. Go elsewhere even if it is further. Filled with creeps and annoying kids that the staff seem to ignore

Very poor experience to share.-dirty machines-old broken equipment everywhere-stubborn owners-unfriendly staffThe list can go on forever with this place. Take your business elsewhere unless you wanna pay $40 a month for some dumbbells and occasionally working equipment

We were up here for a week and needed a gym. This place is super clean, very friendly, extremely reasonable for a week pass and had TONS of equipment for everything. People were all friendly that were there and no trash in there taking swolfies and doing weird s#%t! We will be back next time. Thanks!!!
