The techs were very friendly and took me in right away. But unfortunately, when the tech switched out the last tube the needle moved and hurt me badly. I spent an entire day unable to move my arm without excruciating pains. It’s been 5 days since my blood draw and my arm is still in extreme pain to the point where I’m waking up almost in tears at night.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been bringing my autistic child to quest diagnostics for 9 years now, and I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional behavior from a tech the way we did today. The small framed girl named “Tierra”, sorry, she wouldn’t provide the spelling, insisted my child had to keep his arm suspended in mid air to draw his blood, and when I stated that he needs to be accommodated by placing his arm on the rest, she snarkily stated that I could have someone else draw his blood. This was after she poked around in the poor kids arm for what felt like an eternity, and had to switch arms. Thankfully, my son is amazing and has no issues giving blood, but she clearly didn’t know any she was doing. When I called her out on her attitude, she was almost refusing to draw his blood. I had to hold my son’s arm in mid air to get the test done, and she had no remorse for her rudeness. Is this what Quest wants to be known for? This tech needs to be fired. She doesn’t know what she is doing, and has a chip on her shoulder. Like, tough, I’m the one that’s drawing the blood and it’s my way or the highway. Absolutely disgusting! Then, I asked for her superior because this cannot be how she is allowed to treat patients, and she told me she’d give me a number. I spoke with the other tech there, and while speaking with the older woman, the young snarky girl intentionally came out to antagonize me. The end result… the older tech told us not to come back. Do better Quest! These women need some serious customer service training. Their attitudes are disgisting.

The girls in the Center Moriches location are Great
It's just sad that Quest corporation hasn't fixed the A/C to the point
that they had to put an old rattling temp unit in the middle of the waiting room FIX THE A/C SYSTEM you charge my insurance company enough

NEVER GOING BACK. Center Moriches is the most convenient location for me because it is close to my home. I made an appointment online, which was confirmed. When I arrived, I clicked the link in the text I received from Quest. I received a response stating that my appointment was confirmed and to enter the office and have a seat. I walked to the front door and it was locked.
A young lady opened the door and I told her that I was just dropping off a specimen, and her response was, "We're closed. Look at the sign on the door. We closed at 9 am." Really? Then she tells me that I can drop it off at another facility. I asked her what time they opened the next day. She tells me that she doesn't know if they'll even be open.
My appointment was at 1:30 pm! No cancellation notification. I receive an attitude from the employee as if I'm the one who should've known better and needs to learn to read signs! NEVER GOING BACK.

If you want to feel like you’re part of an infections medical center in one of those movie then this is the right place for you!
1. So creepy and isolated. Single storefront with whited out windows. Enter to one large room with chairs against the wall. NO HUMAN CONTACT, NO STAFF ATTENDING TO WAITING ROOM. Just a bunch of people elbow to elbow against the wall.
2. What’s the point of making an appointment? My appointment was at 11:40, I checked in at 11:35, was not seen until 11am.
Just so creepy and isolated with not enough staff and a poor time management.
