I’ve been dealing with Christine for over 20yrs with the same professional and positive results. She is the only realtor I have recommended to my family and friends.

Christine was amazing in selling my home. She knew what to do to get me the best price possible and we had one Open House after another to get the right buyersI am very impressed with her knowledge of the housing market in my neighborhood so I sold my home, which I lived in for 50 years, to a young family who loved my home as much as I did,Thank you Christine

Christine is a true professional and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. She and her team, specifically Tyler, handled the selling of my home effectively and secured a great offer in a short period of time. Highly recommended.

Christine was the most empathetic and kind person I have ever dealt with. She was truly an angel. Even after I told her how discouraged I was with the inventory and prices, she stayed at it for me.She contacted me regularly and kept my search in the forefront of her mind.I cannot stress how grateful I am for her kindness. I am now moving into an amazing home and she has guided me through the steps during a very difficult time. She has a wonderful relationship with the sellers as well.It is no surprise to me, that her business is so successful. She’s not just selling houses, she’s guides you to the home of your future.Forever grateful.

This is in response to Andie Floresta’s review.I am the seller who Christine Sparacino represented that day. I would like to clarify a few facts that occured at the Home Inspection on Wednesday, May 17th. Christine Sparacino, as my representative in the selling of my home, was and continues to be a professional. Your inspector arrived 30 minutes early and without anyone present at my home, began walking around the front of my house. This is not customary as your agent, Jessica Healy, claims. Your inspector was not only rude but insensitive when asked by Christine if they could walk to his truck to get a business card. Christine wanted to inform him privately that her seller’s (me) husband recently passed away and to please be kind to which your inspector responded “Well I didn’t kill him”. The only reason I allowed this man to continue the inspection was because I knew your father took off from work and your parents drove from Farmingdale. Your agent, Jessica Healy, acted unprofessional in her actions and aggressive verbal confrontation at the beginning and end of the house inspection. Christine represented my wishes that a crowd, which included a small child, not come in and wonder around my home. Christine politely spoke to your family even apologizing that only the Primary Buyers go inside the home. You are correct, buying and selling a home is suppose to be a joyous occasion. Selling my home was a difficult decision after my husband’s passing. With Christine’s support every step of the way, I have been able to move forward. This first Home Inspection by myself was an absolute horrific experience. Your agent’s, Jessica Healy, aggressive verbal confrontation towards my agent, Christine, was part of this awful experience along with your inspector’s cruel, insensitive remark regarding my husband’s death. Thank goodness Christine was there for me with support and encouragement to continue to move forward with the sale of my home. It is my hope that the public verbal attack against Christine Sparacino ends here.

I honestly wish I could put into words how rude and disrespectful Christine was to my family, agent, and inspector during a routine home inspection of a house we considered purchasing from her and her client. I quote literally never write google reviews, but her behavior was so negative, in still thinking of it days later. Buying a home is meant to be a joyous time for both buyer and seller to enter a new chapter. And while this may come with definitive stressors, at no point is a home inspection ever out of routine, which one would think she would know considering she is the professional. However, not only did she insult the home inspector, who was a complete third party in this transaction, but also our representative, going as far as to get in her face and wag her finger at her. To me, this is a blatant sign of unprofessionalism, as well as an overall red flag for her character. Not only was she completely rude to our team, but she made my parents feel unwelcome in a home they were potentially purchasing. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were met with rude, abrupt, and uncalled for behavior, which was so odd considering we have not had any interactions prior. When dealing with clients, especially at such a caliber of homes worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, I am uncertain as to how her behavior is in any way acceptable. At what point is it not everyone else, but actually you that’s the problem Christine? Christine was beyond unpleasant to me, but honestly, I don’t want to taint this review with my own bias, as it is ultimately my parents who I feel sorry for for having to have their home buying process negated by her. The only consolation to this interaction was our kind, supportive, motivated, and professional agent, who took the brunt of Christine while my family proceeded with the inspection. Because of her lack of bedside manner, rage, and overall outlandish behavior, we decided to not proceed with the purchase. Christine is truly her worst enemy as, this home was meant to be where my parents settled and retired, and her actions and attitude alone ruined the sale. Out of context, I truly wouldn’t believe someone could be so crass without any motivation to do so, and unless I witnessed such behavior, I probably wouldn’t believe it myself. Perhaps she is best fit in an industry where she does not deal with people.

Christine sold my house in an incredibly short period of time. Very knowledgeable & professional. She continues to help & support me through this process. I have recommended her & her staff to several others. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive real estate agency.

Christine was wonderful in her care and follow up with both the selling of our previous home and the purchase of our current home. Christine is professional yet friendly. She looks out for her clients best interests! That was one of the most endearing qualities about Christine, while working with her on both of our transactions. My husband and I highly recommend her.

"Christine was the realtor who helped me sell my beach house in Amagansett, NY. She took care of everything. She suggested an ambitious asking price, and she delivered. She had photographs taken, including aerial pictures of the area. She conducted numerous open houses. She smartly weeded out "buyers" who couldn't back up their offers. We got to closing in a very short period of time. I'm delighted I had Christine working on my behalf and I cannot recommend her more highly. She was superlative."40devon40 Devon Rd Amagansett, NY 11930

Christine and her staff are the best agents I could possibly have dreamed of representing me. I've had multiple snags in selling my home but she takes it upon herself to find a way to keep the process moving. All her connections, whether it be lawyers, mortgage brokers etc., respect her well enough to step up to the plate as needed. The process is still on going for me but without her it wouldn't have progressed this far. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone whether selling or buying a home. She takes it personal...?

When my wife and I were looking to buy a house in Center Moriches, we were fortunate enough to connect with Christine and Ray. The two of them took a situation that can be stressful and often not enjoyable - and made it smooth and easy and exciting. Which buying a house should be. They really hold your hand the whole way through, present all the time with expertise when needed. There isn’t a time when i called either Ray or Christine and they didn’t pick up the phone and always had advice and guidance. If you are looking for a house, there is no one else you should use if you want a stress-free, educated and enjoyable purchase. Look no further!

Christine is not only Great at her job as a Realtor but she's also a very good and honest person with Integrity.I went into contract with Christine after a failed 18 months contract with another company and Realtor who was not able to land any contract to sell my house. I was very skeptical that she would be able to sell my house as quickly as she had promised and especially above my asking price!. Within 4 days of listing with Christine there were several offers on the table and within a week I was in contract and looking to close very soon.I would recommend Christine to anyone who is seeking a competent Realtor. She'll get the job done.

We recently put our home up for sale using Remax/Sparrow realty. Christine the owner/realtor walked us through the entire process, examining the entire house and property, setting the asking price, taking photos and scheduling an open house. The result was approximately 90 to 100 people showed up and we received a large number of offers all above asking price. Christine is one of the most diligent and thorough workers I’ve ever seen - a consummate professional.
