I first visited South Bay some 25+ years ago as a walk-in for a family member. I recall being impressed with Dr Goldman’s manner and treatment.For the last two years, I have used South Bay as my PCP. I have been impressed with the quality of care and follow up. My provider, NP Rich F. has been thorough in history-taking and plan of care. The LPN’s and techs are polite and professional. The office staff manage incoming calls and in-person encounters simultaneously, and despite those pressures, answer questions and follow-up.I regard this as a competent, well-run practice.

Awesome office I have been going to Dr. Goldman for years. Very friendly and professional staff. I go every 3 months for blood work I'm in and out in no time. Dr. Goldman explains everything in complete details and stays on top of all of my health needs.I'm pretty sure if I did not go to this office years ago I would have server health issues I highly recommend them.

Have been going to this office about 10 years never had an issue … usually get appointment within a day or two … staff is always pleasant and friendly

I and my 96 year old mother & my brother are patients here and they are a very professional medical group they handle my aged mother with such kindness and gentleness and I have the utmost confidence in their talents and professionalism.I recommend them to anyone looking for medical assistance

I am very happy with this practice and always have been. Stephanie is great and I am always happy to see her when I am having issues with my lungs (asthma). And I just saw Rich for the first time - he was also great. My only complaint is that they let Candace King leave.

Love this office.......I have been seeing Stephanie for years she's very thorough and he's really easy to talk to, takes her time with the patients. From scripts to the visit I have no complaints. If I have issues with scripts...insurance...or anything else one call to the office staff and it's taken care of.....within a little while....I would def recommend this office. One other thing....it's not over booked so you don't have a long wait when you arrive....I appreciate that for sure!!!

Overall this is a great facility. The staff are friendly and the doctors are great. The best thing is that they do all blood work and x-rays on site! I know no office is perfect and most people only write reviews after a bad experience, but almost all of mine has been awesome there. The place is clean and neat as well. Listen, if you walk in and there are 10 people sitting in the waiting room, the wait time is obviously going to be long, as with any doctors office or walk-in clinic. Overall, I find them thorough and will continue going back year after year and sickness after sickness. Compared to other places I have been, this one is at the top of my list. And an A+ for Dr. Goldman. He is a caring doctor and actually LISTENS!!!! I highly recommend this facility. Still recommend Dr. Goldman. The best around! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great facility!!!

I like the new Dr. Rich. Very precise, attentive and knowledgeable. I do believe the receptionist who answers the phone could be a tad bit more friendly. She sounds like she doesn't enjoy her job.

A shame what this office turned into. I made an appointment - there's was literally one person leaving and only me in the office. The physician assistant never called any of my medications in. I want my Co pay back. And my medical reports - Im out of this place.

I began going to SB as a walk in a few years ago whenever I would have a cold or flu. Stephanie is amazing, and so I finally changed to SB as my primary care medical office. Stephanie truly listens and provides immediate testing with fast results. She is the only medical professional I have ever had in 62 years who ever checked my ferritin levels when my symptoms began. She never rushes and is always pleasant and caring! I’d recommend her to anyone!

I cannot recommend them enough! NP Stephanie is amazing. She is a caring individual who will listen to all of your concerns. Had it not been for her follow-up care I may be in a very different position than I am today. I am so thankful that I gave this office a try.

Y'all really let a lady die at your office and not even call her family????? y'all ain't s****** Let that s*** stick! You got assholes at the front desk that need to be terminated immediately, this whole place needs to be shut down. I never met such rude receptionists that are actually getting paid to make your practice look bad!!! How dare you call yourself a doctor/business owner!! You should all be reported to the better business bureau right away! I never been to such an unprofessional and disgusting "doctors" office. Should really be ashamed of yourselves. You have the 2 most rude and unprofessional people working at the front desk in pajamas and beat up nike slides. Give me a f****** break. You had me waiting outside for 45 mins for an appointment and then had the nerve to tell me doctor wouldn't see me because My phone died and I couldn't show you my insurance cards?????? F*** all of you! Don't ever call yourself a doctor again!
