Had purchased a pair of Celsius cans at a 7/11 near White Castle, walked towards my house and felt a little hungry so I was gonna go to the 7/11 on the way to my house on tree road. Finished one can and gave it to the guy at the cashier area to throw out. He asked me where I got it from and then I told him the 7/11 around the corner, when I went to buy my snack and I showed him my Apple Pay receipt saying I bought items from 7/11 28 minutes ago at the time, he then still rings the one can that I had after I told him that I got it from the other 7/11, he asks about my points which I don’t know what it’s relevant but okay? Still rings me up, and I had to pay twice for a can I already got. If you look at the cameras you can see that I didn’t even open a fridge, so sad :(

Non professional workers , their customers service should be 0. ... if you don't know where or how promotions go on they should have someone that knows ,if they don't wanna work let someone who needs the job, they should have a raise,or they should be replaced ,I've been like 3 ..4 times, this is the last one ,I asked the cashier who doesn't have a name tag so idk her name but it was around 8pm, about a promo on the beer, i didnt finish my question, and she was like, we dont apply any coupons...or scan anything, ok then you shouldn't have them on the stuff you sell guys... Like for real, it really sucks .. don't even make business with them...

The people working there are rude, if you thank them & say have a good day, they don't even acknowledge it, or thank you. I've been in customer service, I get it, It's not always easy or pleasant. But this morning the girl was so busy on phone, is saying thank you that hard? Not the first time I've said thanks have a good day & walked out saying thanks you too, i will thanks.

I never write reviews but the guy behind the counter was extremely rude this morning. Everything was rung and bagged up and I barely had my hand on the bag when he started making hand gestures for me to hurry up because I was apparently taking to long to grab the bag. I'm not slow with these things. There's been very few times when I've been treated in a more rude way than this by a store.

This place is always clean, and if you're lucky enough you will get Tammy at the check out... she's pleasant and through! I travel longer just to use this 7-11... Go Tammy! You're the best!!!

Not really up to par. Hot dogs were burnt, hor dog bread was overly crispy,, coffee container seemed dirty. The glass window to see the coffee level was very stained .

I almost never write reviews but my husband and I were in this 711… my husband was being rung up and asked the cashier how his night was going the cashier ignored him, My husband thought maybe he didn’t hear him so he asked the cashier again and the cashiers response was “ I’m not obligated to speak to you if I don’t want to”…my husband and I were completely taken back by how rude this was. Customer service is clearly not a priority at this shop. We will not be returning to this location even tho it’s the most convenient.
