I usually don’t leave reviews but this business deserves a big shout out!!! After the recent rain storm we had I was left with a mess and needed flooring in my basement. I called the store and Debbie answered (this lady is the best!!!) she sent Rich to do an estimate that same day. She made everything run so smooth…these people literally took a huge weight off our shoulders. I will definitely be back for all my flooring needs, and recommend this place 100%.

This is a great family run business. We have had them do work on our house over the last 15 yrs and other family members as well years before that. The owner is great to talk to talk with and the flooring selections they have are great! Their pricing is good and fair.

If you dont want your floor guy to call back, use this place. If you want to be ignored , use this place. If you want followup help- you will not get it at your floor store! And i will not take my post down Rich! He ignored 8 phone calls! It cost me $3000 to hire someone else to rip floor out, level base, which rich did not do on my last floor he put in! So my tiles were cracking due to a 1/2 inch drop in floor! He denied this!!!! HORRIBLE STORE!

We walked into Your Floor Store to have a first look at flooring options for our home renovation. Even though it was quickly apparent that they didn't carry what we were looking for (unfinished wood flooring), Debbie was incredibly helpful and generous with her time. She explained all about hardwood flooring, the differences between different woods, products, and finishes, and how they look in different styles of house. It was exactly the information we needed to figure out what we did need to look for, and we were so appreciative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend shopping there. Even though we didn't end up purchasing anything, Debbie was the perfect salesperson.

Great place and customer service is off the charts!!! I asked for recommendations on a place called “Next door digest” for carpeting. I noticed the majority of the people talked about Your floor Store. All I can say is there are no other places like this anymore with exemplary customer service From start to finish.I walked in and told Debbie what I needed and that I needed it right away. My husband was having surgery. Debbie picked out the color remnant, set it up and kept me informed the entire time.Keith, the installer did a fabulous fantastic job! It was very hard, and he spent all day trying to make it perfect for me.I have nothing but great things to sayAbout my experience, and I would recommend them highly!Thank you!

I purchased luxury vinyl plank for my entire downstairs and waterproof laminate for bedrooms upstairs and both are holding up well with my 5 year old daughter and TWO large dogs. The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable.

I called to inquire about options to install a floor and the receptionist had an attitude when I asked a couple of questions. This place is surely not getting my business. Based on this interaction I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Very bad first impression!!!

Very friendly staff, excellent prices and fantastic installation. The installers were on time, courteous, and left everything neat. They even vacuumed the carpet before they left I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends, as they are honest and reliable, and I will be using them again in the future.

If you need flooring, this is THE PLACE to go. Rich the owner is amazing -- he came to our home 3 times just to help us decide on a floor, Debbie helped picked the pattern and spent time with us going over paint and cabinet colors and how they can pull in with the floor we chose. On installation day, Dylan and the install team were excellent: clean, quick, organized and professional.I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the service and the people we encountered here, as well as the quality of the flooring product we purchased. Highly recommend!

Great experience here. The guy working here was very informative and helpful with any questions we had. The process of figuring out carpet and installation was seamless. Seems like a family business which also makes me happier we chose to go here. I will be coming back and telling everyone to come here in the future. Prices are affordable. great business.

House had 1700 sq ft of carpeting on the 2nd floor.Had them replace it with a "Manningtons" floor which is vastly superior to "Pergo" flooring.Job took 2 days.The team moved all the furniture and cleaned up after themselves after each of the 2 days.Superb installation, floor flows through all bedrooms and hallway seamlessly.Edges and corners around door frames are so close, there are absolutely no gaps.We are now considering doing the 1st floor.I highly recommend this company.
