0 stars is what the attendant working on 6/23 around 12:45.
Today was supposed to be a joyful day visiting my sister and brother-in-law’s new home. Instead, it turned into a nightmare none of us will forget. My 2-year-old nephew, who had been under the weather, suddenly became unresponsive during our drive due to a seizure likely brought on by a high fever and the extreme heat. We had the AC running before he was even loaded into the car, and he hadn’t played outside at all that day—but the heat was just too much.
Panicked, we pulled into this BP gas station looking for help and called 911 immediately. While on the phone, I grabbed one bottle of Poland Spring water from the fridge to cool my nephew down and handed it to my sister. We thought it might help until medical professionals arrived.
Thank God there was an off-duty officer already inside. He acted instantly, guiding us on how to help my nephew—removing his socks, shirt, shoes, and checking for motor responses. My nephew was barely hanging on, squeezing my arm with what little strength he had. It was the most terrifying moment our lives.
Here’s the part that truly shocked and hurt me: While the officer who was off duty, was already in the gas station prior, showed incredible compassion and humanity, the clerk at this gas station showed none. No concern, no questions, no help—not even when it was clear a child’s life was at risk.
I didn’t even think about the water bottle in that moment, but after things settled and the ambulance arrived (along with several police cars), I went back in to pay for it. The clerk told me it was okay, which I appreciated… until I later found out he charged my sister.
To that clerk, I sincerely hope that $1.50 water bottle was worth it. One day, if your own child or loved one is in crisis, I pray the person you come across is nothing like you.
And to the officer who stepped in when we needed someone most—thank you. You were our guardian angel today. Your compassion made all the difference in a moment of complete chaos.

This BP location for some reason advertises the rewards program but doesnt honor it. That doesnt make sense. The gas prices are good though.

My wife stopped here to get Mayo, there was only one, and it was expired. After telling the clerk, he instructed her to put it BACK ON THE SHELF!! Disgusting!!!!

Beware this gas station is false advertising, a cash and credit price you only get one price and it's the highest price around this area at $3.83 a gallon. The guy is shady and false advertising!!!
