Wendy Scheweitzer was fantastic in resolving my difficult issue. She partnered with another field office to assist and called me back as promised. Wendy stayed on the phone with me and ensured my system was working properly. Kudos to the other office as well. Great experience!

Hi Ms Hardwick,i am a firm believer in praising someone who does her job efficiently and is extremely responsive to a customer.that person is Michelle Lanzone.i have had multiple occasions when i needed a response from a person in your company. Sadly, many times I don't hear back from others at Briscoe.Michelle is the exact opposite. I dealt in the past with Briscoe and the wait time for certificates was terrible but once Natalia Cardenas was added, she is constantly helping me and believe me, i ask for it alot and getting me what I need so payment can be sent. Thank you

Jesse Kerr was at my home recently to fix some problems I’ve been having for awhile. Not only was Jesse a total gentleman, kind, caring but was absolutely wonderful in fixing my problems. There was a miscommunication with the monthly contract and the durration of it. One of the vice presidents contacted me to discuss what happened. I would have owed $thousands of dollars. He promised to work something out especially since I do not even own the property anymore. I was very impressed with the follow up.
