Agree with the outside ATM being down a lot but never had any issues inside with the machine or staff...we do miss Angel who was a shining star back in the day... but the recent staff has helped us in many way...we also use the portion rd location near Wendy's...when we need sit downs or safety deposits etc...unfortunately those are phasing outAny way this location is a vast improvement over the Tea House that was there...just had to say itMaintain the machines and most of these complaints will go away...way too many to ignor

Absolute Trash, I set up an account twice explaining to them the situation with an estate account being deposited in a months time she said don't worry, they're is a grace period and they still closed the account. Inform your employees to pass on the correct information about client accounts. I won't waste a second third time setting up those same accounts again I already wasted 3 hours of my life setting up only to be lied to twice. If they close the account after a month, say that don't tell the customer don't worry we have a 2-3 month grace period on this account so we don't have it closed like lasted time waiting for ach deposits, but i finally get a commission to find out my account is closed. What are we paying the banks for, certainly not customer service but to employee and pay people you are uninformed and lie to customers.

Chase is a great bank. The credit card you get cash back, rewards anymore everyone I know a lot of my family and friends uses Chase and they are very satisfied.

Went to this branch today to try and resolve a problem I have been dealing with Chase by phone and on line for months. Could not get anything done that way. Walked into this branch and was cordially greeted by a nice man and explained my issue. Caitlin overheard our conversation and suggested she could help. She was calm and solved the problem in minutes while explaining exactly what she was doing. Kudos to Caitlin and Chase. If only everyone I previously dealt with did their jobs as well.Thank you Caitlin.

This place is terrible. The drive through ATM is almost always broken. The inside ATM is broken half the time. I’ve never seen anything like it. This has been going on for years —not months or days.

What is wrong with Chase? Does it fail to realize that clients are what keep it in business? People here have mentioned that they sit and wait for help and are ignored. That is not at just one branch. I've been ignored at both Centereach and Lake Grove. At Selden, a customer service rep was on a personal call when I got there. She continued to talk while she looked at me. When she finally hung up, she said that only people at the 800 number could help. That turned out not to be true. Zero stars.

Hello management if you are reading this PLEASE tell your managers that you need to fix the drive up ATM. It is unreal that seven people are waiting for the one available ATM in the vestibule and that every time I come the drive up ATM is out of order.

Terrible service i made a appointment for 1 pm John Haworth say he can’t help me because he has a appointment for 1:30 pm but they gave me the appointment for 1pm I’m waiting and waiting he said he will be back waiting for 20 minutes will no John Haworth and no one came back to help me terrible customer service
