Heard great things about Scottsmans. Then I went to them for front end body work on my C43 AMG. John, and his team, went above and beyond - making sure everything in the car worked right, before giving me the car back. It took longer than expected due to unforseen circumstances. But it was well worth the wait. I got a brand new car back. And, john worked with me on pricing. Fair and honest business. Would go back again if I needed to. Thanks to Scottsmans V team, and John

Great shop. Friendly staff. The manager John was very easy and pleasant to work with. He got my car repaired and back to me on schedule. They even detailed/vacuumed the inside of my car for me for free which was a really nice touch and unexpected. Great experience and I would recommend to others.

The staff is very professional and responsive. They did a great job repairing my vehicle after it was rear ended. They also work directly with Enterprise Car Rental, which was super convenient. Very happy with their service.

The first time I walked in there I already felt positive vibes. Sandy and Tommy are the two nicest people I’ve come across in a long time. Let me tell you I’m a very critical person so just saying this was a great experience I have to tell you why. Besides the work that was done on my car which was excellent thank you guys I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting you. The first thing I look for is politeness I walked in and was immediately greeted with a hello even from the young man who I’m thinking worked in the back. Their work is top notch and the professionalism of them really says it all. So take my advice this is the place to go. I don’t go around giving 5 stars to everyone. I would actually give them 10 stars but it’s not available. I would just like to thank the whole staff that worked on my car also. Thank you

I just recently had to get my car done. Grobens has the nicest staff . Upon entering I was greeted with a hello from everyone that was in the front at the time. I'm all about positivity and although I had choices to go elsewhere which I had made an appointment with another place because of the politeness and the positive vibes I got I chose them. The work was excellent and the receptionist Sandy she's more than that though and the manager Tommy just sealed my decision they are the nicest people on the frontlines of the business you wanna meet. I just want to say everything from the walk in to the body work was all great and I highly recommend this place for not only excellent work but friendly service. I would definitely use them again but I hope I never have to. Thank you Grobens for employing such a great staff all the way around.

My car was hit at this point the wrong side was fixed. They touched my wheel which didn't need repairs. These are custom wheels that I paid $1000 for. They lost the cover for the wheel. When I asked the owner what happened he started screaming at me and with the guy I had on the phone from geico. Even the receptionist starting getting nasty with me.

Some mini or damage repair go out van. Very professional and treated my smaller $$ job as important as anyone else. When I went to pick up the van, the owner Danny came out to speak with me and explain the work fine and answered my questions.

My license plate screws were old and rusted and wouldn’t budge. When I tried to remove them myself they screws snapped in half. I pulled up to Grobens and hoped they could help me out. They were very busy but rich said no problem and took my car to the back. Less than an hour later my car was ready to go and they even put in some new screws since the ones I purchased wouldn’t fit. Lifesaver! When I took my wallet out rich just shook my hand and said we all need a hand sometimes. If they treat a walk in like this I can only imagine how they treat their serious customers! Great place and even better employees! Thanks groben!!!

They do great work. My Jeep looks better than new. They do all the work with your Insurance Company and treat their customers extremely well. Rich and his entire staff are terrific ?
