Horrible, sign says 10:00am on Sat, wifes waiting at the door, the guy turns the Open light on, locks the door and leaves, and says come back at 12pm, and doesn’t even come back at 12pm, update your hours and have respect for people.

If I could leave a 0 star review inwould. dropped my phone off on December 1st … I’m the one calling them asking for updates .. my phone isn’t fixable which is understandable but I have 0 information on where my phone is to pick it up.. these has been one of the WORST experience I’ve had with any company! Please save yourself worry and stress & look for some other place to get your phone fixed!

The back of my laptop needed to be glued on but the guy said i needed to order a part and he would call when it arrived. He never called so i went in a month later and then he says he needs to order an additional part, i already wasted ~$150.00 and new semester was starting up so i had to leave with it in worse condition because they messed with it but never fixed it.

This is the worst place I have ever been. I brought my PS 5 there for a small repair and they broke it even more. I dealt with a different person every time I called. I took them months to try to fix it and and they made it worse! Horrible customer service!. Stay away from this place!

I wouldn't even give this place one star brought my PS five to get fixed and it needed a new HDMI and a fan they called me told me it was ready brought it home at two seconds later it overheated and melted some of the inside of the PS five, which is now unfixable, and they refused to do anything for us. They are rude. They hung up on me many times refused to give me managers numbers, or anybody higher than them to speak to, I would not waste my energy or my money because you will only get ripped off

i had to get a new phone bc they didnt even fix my phone. it took me a week to get the phone back and when i got it, it never turned on. smfh??♀️

My iPhone 11 broke at 6pm and I rushed over to I-Fix before they close at 7 and my phone was fixed in 15 minutes. They did a good job and have great customer service! I was very pleased.

Aweful experience. Tooks days instead of minutes. Guy was terribly unprofessional. Store was closed during working hours and my phone came back damaged. Couldn't make or receive calls. Im now getting a new phone at t mobile. 5 min was 20..10 min was 2 hours and 1 day was 3..they wouldn't even pick up the phone. I would never shop there again or refer anyone to them.

After bringing the phone in for a second time to have it fixed again for the same repair, I had to wait again for them to repair it. Please, everyone, do not leave that store until you test out your repaired phone. This Centerea location will fake you to believe the phone has been repaired, but actually, it may not have. Once you walk out that door, it's on you. Check out your phone.

First of all a year ago my dad brought my Nintendo there, and they couldn’t fix it, and He didn’t get my money back. Now my dad brought me, and my sisters iPads, and they said they can “fix it”. he told them they had a month to fix the iPads, and would like them fix before our vacation . Fast forward to two weeks later they gives us the my sisters iPads back saying they couldn’t fix it, but would have my iPad fix soon. That was a month ago. They still have the iPad, and we already came back from vacation. We went there 3 days ago, and say I would have it fix in 1 to 2 days. We came back today, and now they said they would have it fix this Friday. They probably won’t though, so don’t make the same mistakes we did, and go to a another store. Me, and my family are very frustrated with this

I was not happy with my experience here and would not return. They said they could fix my back glass which they did, but it appears to be a knock off back glass piece, not an actual iPhone replacement part. What is more is that when I got it back everything was working fine, when to my surprise I went to use the flashlight one night and now that feature doesn’t work, and it was working with the cracked glass before I brought it in. Also, they told me they’d have it ready in a day or two and it wound up taking all week and I was without a phone, which nowadays is a big issue since all the verification codes run through my phone. One day the phone was supposed to be ready but I was informed that the guy who fixes the screens. I believe they said the technician was not in, so I would have to wait another day. Thats like a pizza place being open but the staff saying oh the guy who makes the pizza isn’t in so we don’t have any pizza. Come on! Why even bother being open?I guess you get what you pay for, but in hindsight and next time I would just go to Apple and spend the extra money. It’s not worth it. This phone is worth a lot of money and to have to pay 200 dollars for it to not work properly is completely not right. I honestly feel I should get a refund, but I doubt that will happen. Don’t advertise that you can fix something if you can’t. Oh and also in the doorway they advertise they have a discount for students, but when I asked about it and gave my school ID they gave me a hard time. Again, don’t advertise that you do something if you don’t do it.
