I shopped at Mandees back in the 2000s and it was the best store! I have teen daughters and I introduced them to Mandees and we go frequently. Looking forward to the sales!!!!!

I suggest that you check the honesty of the current managers because today I was there and the employees charge the same price of cheaper garments and when making the changes they return or notify you that you have more credit remaining they only retain it and I assume that at the end of the day they take it out of the box and keep it because that should not be legal. And I'm sure because I asked her and all she said is that the store doesn't bring money back but she didn't intend to tell me that she could get a store card or some other product She just kept it and took away the two receipts she had previously given me. SHe didn't like me leaving her in evidence

I love the store I drove all the way from Massapequa just to come here. Which is quite a long way so that just goes to show you how much I enjoy the store. The Girl working there today (7/5/25) Was very sweet and accommodating. Very pleasant and polite. If only all employees were like her. I hope this one doesn't close too.

I recently visited Mandee while shopping in the area and was thrilled to find a fantastic sale going on! The clothes were stylish and trendy, perfect for refreshing my wardrobe. What made the experience even better was the enthusiasm of the cashier, who was super friendly and helpful. The deals were amazing, making it hard to resist buying more than I planned. I highly recommend checking out Mandee for great clothes and even better customer service.

very unprofessional, I went last week to grab a few things, both workers were on the phone… while I was shopping I could hear her conversation since she kept walking around I think shopping too? This location has young and immature workers who should be supervised most of the time if they will not be getting the job done, one of the girls was even behind the counter sitting on the floor like what’s really going on with this store and the employees? all on their phone while “working”

Love this store !! Always so well organized, prices are great and the staff is very helpful when trying to pick out outfits. Definitely recommend shopping here.

The conduct of the cashier today was quite concerning. She, in open forum, stated that I had not “placed the sweatshirt back on the rack correctly”. During our verbal exchange, she made remarks stating now that I “lacked decency and proper upbringing”, and that “I had no manners, which any other individual would have understood better”. This exchange occurred in front of my 11-year-old daughter, which made the situation even more troubling.
I also spoke with the manager of the store on the phone, who, although seemed to be compassionate, asked me “so what? should I fire her?”. I was a customer trying to make a purchase, not a job recruiter, and I am appalled that I would be asked such a question.
What’s even more concerning is that there are several one and two star google reviews of people that had similar or worse experiences than this with the staff of this store, that date back from recently to several years.
In all my years, this has never happened to me at any retail shop, restaurant, or anywhere.
I no less than insist that the corporate offices, (YM or whoever now owns Mande shops) contact me for further discussion on my disappointment with my experience as well as what they intend to do to appease my daughter, who has become completely distraught by this entire encounter.

I like to get my pajamas and hanging out clothes here. I also got like fleece pants and stuff for Halloween.. Sometimes they have nice sandals and stuff and bogo deals. I also got a cute pair of jeans, super cheap. It’s nothing remarkable quality wise.. like I’m not getting my lifetime pieces here, no organic cotton or fine cashmere or wool, but it’s comfy nonetheless. Some of the stuff is decent and it’s cheap. It seems like it would be great for teenagers and that’s when I also used to go here, but they still have cute stuff so every now and then I wander through and grab some leggings or whatever

Love Mandee but Service there sucks..Went there yesterday at 7:35pm they close at 8:00pm as soon as we walked in we were approached by 2 young ladies telling us that they were closed.
