I have to say this is the best prime I have seen from a butcher in a long time. Most places say it’s prime and there’s little to no marbling, these guys, let me tell you, high quality primed marbled steaks, I highly recommend.”

“The gentleman at the meat department are very nice. About 2 weeks ago, I asked about pork loin to make pulled pork and they didn't have much on display. Even though this person was extremely busy, I interrupted him nicely and he made me the most beautiful pork loin. I can't recall if it was 3 lbs but it was under $10!! The one I was going to choose was 5 lb. It had a lot of fat on it and it was $22 and it was lesser quality of pork. I wish I asked for his name.
