This salon came recommended by several people. It was extremely easy to make an appointment on line. Upon entering the salon I was greeted by the woman at the front desk with a friendly and warm smile that made me feel comfortable right away. All you ladies out there I’m sure can relate to how a little worrisome it is when trying a new salon. I looked around and noticed how all the stylist were all dressed nicely and their hair looked beautiful. For me that’s a big plus because if the stylists hair looks great I can feel confident that they will make sure mine will look great as well. The atmosphere was warm and inviting very pleasing to the eye. Jess was my stylist. Jess also does the hair of those who highly recommended the salon. Jess was amazing I can’t say enough about what a great personality she has and how at ease I was the entire time I was in her chair. She did a beautiful job.I left there feeling great about my experience knowing that this will not be the last time having my hair done by Jess at tapestry hair salon.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. They’re wonderful (especially Heather, Taylor and Deanna!) to me and both my young kids (4 and 7). Highly recommend for a great style and friendly atmosphere.

I have been going to Tapestry salon since they opened. I've had a few stylists over the years, all excellent. I never have a problem getting an appointment even at the last minute. Taylor is my stylist currently and she's the best. She's happy and bubbly and I always enjoy her stories. She always colors and highlights my hair just right. Everyone there is always nice and welcoming. The prices are comparable to other high end salons. I always reccomend Tapestry Salon to my friends.

I absolutely love Tapestry Salon❤️ I have been going to this salon for over 2 years. The atmosphere is so inviting- everyone is really kind and the salon staff go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable with tea, coffee or whatever you need. The salon staff all get a long great and I love the funny conversations between them and the customers. When I first went to Tapestry Salon, my hair was literally black and way too dark for my fair complexion. My stylist, Taylor, is so amazing- she literally transformed my hair into beautiful blonde highlights and completely changed my whole look. I absolutely love it and I will never go to another salon as I have gone to several high end salons on Long Island that did not provide me with such high quality work. If you’re looking for high quality, beautiful hair and a relaxed, fun atmosphere definitely try Tapestry. Thank you Taylor ?

I really have enjoyed going to this salon. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. Taylor has been doing my hair for the last 4 years and she does a phenomenal job!

Hides their true prices until you check out. Continually spams your email. Do not recommend at all.
In response to the owners reply: You cannot opt out - I have opted out for years after having a terrible experience multiple times at this salon. I have written emails to take me off your lists. I have reported spam. and the emails continue. This is the only way I have gotten the attention of the salon.

Haven't been here in awhile, so though I'd go back. Figured, why not give it another try...........big mistake! While some of the staff were friendly - others in front - not so much - they have the audacity to charge an "administrative fee of 5%". When I asked what the additional charge was for - she showed me the tiny sign on the front desk and explained "they are trying to make it up from COVID"....Ummmm news flash...COVID is over in case no one informed them! They really need to charge an extra $6.25?!?! while I understand its not a lot of money--its the principal. If you really need to nickle and dime your customers, perhaps you need a better business model. Bad enough they are charging $130 for a single process and cut. ABSURD! Now I remember why I stopped coming here. Never again!

Went here for a cut and a blowout before a wedding as my usual salon was booked. I knew my hair was pretty dead and needed a good cut so I told the stylist to show me where she thinks it needs to be cut and I will tell her if it's too much or not. She showed me how much she wanted to take off and I told her a little longer would be better as my hair prior was a decent length , probably half way down my back. I trusted her to cut it longer than what she showed just like I asked but unfortunately she did not listen and cut off way more than i asked. She kept telling me it was the perfect length but deep down I knew she took too much off. The length is now shoulder length which is a huge difference from what I had prior. While I was unhappy with the results I knew at that point nothing could be done as it was already gone. I have been miserable since with how my hair looks after years of me working on growing it after a good amount of it fell out. I deeply regret choosing them out of the numerous salons in the area and now i'm suffering the consequence's.

I have been going to Tapestry for many years! Jess at the Centereach Tapestry is absolutely amazing! Jess is not only super sweet and friendly… but she takes pride in her work! She cuts amazing / her coloring is out of this world and her blowouts are phenomenal! I leave the salon looking and feeling beautiful! I recommend Jess to everyone! The front staff is amazing too! Debbie and Courtney are super friendly, super nice and always willing to help you schedule all your appts! They are all the best!

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the service received. Despite the friendly staff, my experience was marred by a significant discrepancy. Having medium curly hair and being half black , I explicitly inquired twice if my hair type could be accommodated, to which I was assured it could. However, after paying $70 for a blowout and flat iron service, I returned home to find my hair still curly. This outcome not only failed to meet my expectations but also contradicted the assurance provided beforehand. Regrettably, this oversight has left me very unhappy, and I won't be returning.

I booked with Fatemeh for a cut and blow out. Precision cut for my type of hair; thick and needs layers. Fatemeh shaped up the layers and corrected a botched haircut from the time before the last one. Definitely quality haircut. My hair looks so smooth and shiny. Would definitely recommend this stylist and
