“Eric was truly helpful to me! Not only did he help me find my vape but he helped me when my car broke down in the parking lot! He tried to jump my car for me and then went and got me a mechanic to look at my car! Thank you Eric!”
“Visited this place for the first time and I was amazed by the great selection of cigars and the gentleman was really nice and picked out interesting cigars for me that I never tried before and also guided my friend who is not an experienced smoker. Definitely recommend.”

“Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, great selection. I drive an hour to go to this vape shop specifically because they can and will fit my needs better and sell what I need better than any other vape shop around, outside of the city.”
“Best shop on the island for anything involving vapes. However I can’t give this 5 stars because like many shops on the island they have few puffco products with other outdated wax pens and other concentrated devices. They don’t have other brands with different features from yocan black, Dr dabber, etc. Its annoying how Nys bans shipping of vape products but then every shop in suffolk county doesn’t sell certain brands that are popular. There are so many new products with creative tech that aren’t in these local shops”

very inviting and a very nice place

“Had the best experience. Not only is the staff kind but very knowledgeable. Our 8 year old chihuahua mix has very bad anxiety. They recommended a CBD treat and it’s like we have a whole new dog. She is spunky again, like when she was a puppy. We also got CBD gummies for bed time and sleep amazing and never drowsy in the AM. We also tried the CBD back cream and that is a game changer! We are officially customers for life!”
“just stopped here for the first time on my lunch break and the guy behind the register really helped me out 🙏 definitely coming back next time i need something”

“I’m so happy I found South Shore Vapor Lounge. I’ve spent years going to different vape shops because I was never satisfied after the first or second visit. This place is great! The first time I visited the shop, I had called first to make sure they were open. Michelle had told me that they were actually closing up but offered to wait for me to rush over… talk about going above and beyond for your customers. I had a few questions and Rick was more than knowledgeable, in regards to all my questions. They always have the coils I need unlike the other shop, near my house, that I use to frequent. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance to be their customer. Friendly and knowledgeable; they are the perfect example of what a great vape shop should be like.”
“I called spoke to Steve for about twenty mins or so with questions about a natural pain reliever and he explained the product that works good for me. I went to the store purchased the product and it worked. I highly recommend going there. Thanks Steve!!”
“The CBD for my dogs are Great! Suffolk Vape really has a lot of stock on many good items. The store is immaculate and they are very knowledgeable. I'm Very pleased!”

“Unfortunately, this location was forced to move several years ago, so your information on my visiting a year ago is completely wrong. Town of Babylon despised vape shops, and the owners lost a lot of money.”

“I had a wonderful experience at this shop. The manager Suzanne and her employees are so welcoming and provide great customer service. They have a lot of great wellness products to choose from, a variety of convenience products, delicious nonalcoholic beverages, and a lot of cool retail overall. Thank you, I will be back again!”
“This is a great store very good people. They always help out the community. They do back to school free books and back packs give away every year. I have been coming here for two years now and the staff has always been great. Everything they sell is reasonably priced. Highly recommended.”
“I love this Stationary. Owners are so nice. The woman there is so friendly and kind. She is always so pleasant. She knows me when I come in. They have a terrific assortment of cards, gifts, balloons, lotto tickets , candy, etc....”
“I don’t smoke or drink and come there for all the other things like drinks, candy, clothes, etc. This just shows that even if you are someone who doesn’t smoke or drink this place is still for you.Easily 5 Stars.”
“I like the fact that this store takes vaping out of the "head shop" atmosphere and treats customers professionally and respectfully. They keep track of my purchases which helps when I forget which new coils I've tried or the name of an e-juice I've forgotten. They're very reasonably priced as well.”

“Samouras shop is very well kept, organized, welcoming, town friendly. She never sells to minors. Had to wait until I was 21 to even hold product related to tobacco. A very trust worthy respected shop. Could always have a wonderful conversation”
“Best Smoke Shop in Nesconset/Smithtown.
I stopped by to get some cigarettes and cones.
They’ve got Beer, Cigars, Hookah, Pre Rolls, variety of Vapes, and CBDs. Etc
And The Best Customer Service.”
“I’ve been going to the smoke shop for maybe four months now. I don’t know the gentleman’s name that owns this establishment, but he is the best. He is always kind and very easy to talk to. I had a problem once with one of my juul Pods and he was so accommodating. I highly recommend to go to the smoke shop”
“The guy was nice enough and the price was fair. Don't remember too much because I was in a hurry to get to the restaurant across the street. Which was great by the way! LOL... Can't remember the name of it”
