manager in a gray shirt with multiple piercing covering his face told me they are not doing battery test today for whatever reason. assume they are just lazy and didn’t want todo their job. one employee wanted to help but was stopped by the manager. terrible customer service and bad part on the manager for not allowing them todo their job.

There are really unprofessional I came to buy a light bulb and asked for some help to install in my car. One of the worker said they don’t do that here. I Which I knew it was a lie because I go to the one in Selden and they always install it. It’s always this location that is lazy. I always give a good tip for their hard work. I won’t return to this location anymore every other Auto-zone is better than this one

The worst parts store I ever shop at always an hour long wait to pay for something or even get a price , workers always seem to the working but not at the register I’m first in line rn waiting 20+mins to pay for an item and grab brakes … just the slowest store on the island

Always a long wait to either get parts or just pay for something small like a headlight bulb or air freshener. That's the place in Central Islip anyways.
