Opened accounts at BETHPAGE because it was close but have had multiple issues accessing my accounts! There is no one available to answer calls regarding security concerns. You have to call all phone numbers during thier regular business hours and pray your accounts are safe from fraud and your money is still there when you finial get someone to answer a call.
I have been to the central islip branch twice to regain access to my online accounts and both times access lasted a day or 2 and then the issue would be the same! I am pulling all my funds and closing all accounts with Four Leaf as soon as I can!

My wife and I went to BFCU because our CD matured. The person we spoke to took care of our change of maturity date to 10 months. She was very pleasant, and expedited our request so quickly and professionally. A great experience in banking. I believe her name is Elida. She's an asset to your bank.

Every time I go in here, Im met with extreme friendliness and helpfulness. Today Stephanie was extremely friendly and helpful answered all my questions and helped me complete the task I came in to do. Also shout out to Rich, who is always very friendly, and has helped me many times in the past and answered many questions for me and gave great advice. They make banking feel personable in a time, where most banks treat you like just another customer.

My experience at bathpage federal Credit Union Bank in Central island was amazing. Everyone was friendly helpful.And very nice. The 2 ladies that help me were amazingly helpful. Very nice and solved my situation right away. Very grateful and appreciative of them.
