“My first experience at this powerful little store was a few years back, when they had literally transformed my whole life. I was going through the lowest point of my life when Hector did healing on me, and from that point on my life changed drastically. I went back in today for the first time since then, and was immediately greeted by Hema, who not only remembered me from all those years back, but also gave me information and guidance for my health and my new journey as an empath. It is very hard to find people who are genuine and so loving and caring, but you find that here in this store, however it’s much more then a store, it’s more like a solace. As an empath there is not many places I can be at rest, but the energy here allows me rest and reset. I wish blessings upon blessings to Hema and Hector and cannot wait to make my next trip there. If you’re looking for great energy and friendly knowledgeable people, this is your place.”

“absolutely wonderful experience this store has the perfect dress for every single girl highlighting their natural beauty while flawlessly making them feel like the queen of their own prom. each worker is incredibly kind and willing to offer their kindness input and help at every opportunity they get the chance to. i loved how involved each person was in helping me with my dress. the options to choose from were endless and yet ive never experienced a crowd. i recommend eva’s any chance i get not just for the quality of their beautiful gowns but the beautiful principles eva has built it upon. i’m so grateful to have found the perfect dress for my prom and i know if you go there looking for one you will find the same!”

He customized embroidered sweatshirts for me for a gift that I needed for that night and when there was a small mistake in the embroidery, he remade them the next day and shipped them all for free. Awesome customer service! Such a great addition to babylon. The tea at their tea cafe is also fantastic.”

“I walked into the store (Smith Haven Mall) and was greeted by a person who said hello and welcomed me. Two seconds lady a woman came over to help me . (amazing now a days)I explained that I needed a jacket for a trip to Ireland. She then called another associate over because she was more knowledgable about raincoats. Her name was Stephanie and not only did she "know her raincoats" she listened to my needs and had some immediate choices. She had just been there herself and it was lovely speaking with her. She helped me pick the perfect jacket! The cashiers were even very friendly. I now also have an LLBEAN credit card. It is so rare now a days to get such personal service. You have a great store with some wonderful associates, especially Stephanie.”

“The store is always a little messy. It's also laid out a little strange. While they do have multiple types of t-shirts in multiple colors for example, they have all the different styles spread out all over the store instead of in a particular section, which makes in hard to find. It's the same with pants. The lay out is just strange. But prices for basic items are always great so you can't beat it.”
“Epic outfitters is one of my favorite stores in the Smithhaven mall. Merchandise is easy to find and the customer service is consistently outstanding. Devin is unbelievably helpful and friendly. He is, by far, the best store manager of any retail store that I have ever dealt with.”

“This is the only place to get your newest summer outfits. The owners are super friendly and make every customer feel welcome, and look great. The styles are one of a kind that you won’t find everywhere else out there or on the main land, and they get new looks in all the time. I especially love all the accessories and beach-ready gear like coolers, bags, sandals, sunglasses and towels. I get compliments all the time on items I pick up from the store. The store also does an excellent job of making it an “experience” shopping there, with fun music, air conditioning!, and accessible changing rooms. The employees are all very patient and want you to be happy with everything you pick out, and they make intelligent suggestions, not just pushing anything. Also, when a few tweens/teenagers were acting like the place was their own private hangout, the staff politely had them move along. Overall, this is a place you have to visit and pick something up, and everyone you know will compliment you on your new items!”
“I went to the store to purchase a dress. I have been here a few times and never had a bad experience but this past experience was over the top. The women who helped me was so kind, caring, and considerate. She made my experience so amazing! I don’t normally leave reviews, but after the amazing experience I had, I have to! I wish I knew her name so I could personally give her a shout out and thank her (I believe her name may be Ashely) but to the shorter girl with straighter hair working the closing shift Thursday night on August 28th, you are an angel and I thank you so much for your impeccable customer service!!!”
“Hands down the best boutique on the Island! I was happy to finally find a shop that sells quality clothing that speaks to my personal style. No more making trips to Manhattan, Origin of Era is here! Besides the merch, the owner Renee is a delight! She is the friend you need to give honest opinions, style you, while getting to know so she can pull clothes for you! She's even personally contacted me to let me know that something I would like has come in. She is never a pushy sales woman, but your shopping bestie. She is very welcoming, sets up treats while you shop, hosts evens, and her Instagram Lives are so fun! If you have not visited the shop, hurry up and plan a visit.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this store. I wanted to place a large order and Frankie was absolutely amazing. He took care of everything and explained in detail everything that was going to be delivered. Whilst I was in the store I watched him interact with customers and he really is such an asset to the company. There was a blonde manager (can’t remember her name) there too who was also amazing. I just went back to exchange some sizes, I was worried because Frankie wasn’t there but Nadia helped me and she was so nice and helpful. I teach Pilates and coach gymnastics and have wore Lululemon for a long time, I love the Athleta clothing and just how nice and helpful the staff are in this store I will definitely be returning as a regular customer.”
“Vineyard Vines Deer Park outlet is always clean and neat - I don't know how they keep all those stacks of t-shirts and clothing in perfect order but they do it - and do it well! The signage about what sales are currently happening are easy to read and the layout /flow in the store makes it easy to take your time and shop. The sales assistants are extremely helpful - they go out of their way to help you find the right size and have great suggestions for other merchandise that I might like. Checking out is always a breeze and those working the register explain all the discounts and wrap/bag so that your clothes stay neat and fresh until you get home and can unwrap.”
