The cashier went above and beyond her job description. I felt bad for the line behind me and she said “Don’t look” and “I give everyone the same, my full attention.” She was trying to apply the monthly $10.00 coupon to my order.Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you! ?

I went here last week Thursday March 24th to take passport photos for my 14 month old son. Roland was so patient and helpful. He took a series of photos until we got a passed photo. His patience and courtesy was unmatched, people aren't as kind in customers service but he went above and beyond to help us. I appreciated his assistance and patience.

Here's the Scoop: I came here today to pick up a prescription. Usually service is quick, friendly and effecient. I'm very disappointed with the service since it became CVS y mas. There's more than 10 people behind the counter and only I person on the register for pickup and I person for drop-off prescriptions. It is ridiculous. There should not be any lines with so many workers behind the counter. I waited over 10 minutes to drop off a script. Two woman were on line when I arrived shaking there heads and disgusted. I don't know how long they were there. The young man working the drop counter was on the phone for over 10 minutes while I waited. He could not read the script and got assistance from another worker. Thank God because he was already to saying it's not here when he was corrected by the other worker who walked him through it. Thank God. I was agitated because one he saw the line was long and continued to talk on the phone. No one came to the other register to assist. Everyone milling about not monitoring the lines. Only one seat available when waiting for a script to be filled. It's a "hot" mess. I think they can do a whole lot better. It's ridiculous! Service has dropped tremendously from a 9 to a 3. Management needs to re-evaluate how to service people better when dropping off or picking up prescriptions.

This is just the worst cvs I have ever been to. The line is always backed up no matter when you go. Extremely slow. The parking lot Is a mess. No drive threw. They didn’t have my prescription in stock a day or two after if was sent to them... the snow started and couldn’t get there.... then I get there and their system is down so they can’t give meds. I go back when their system is up and there is literally a line of about 20 people backed up and since they’re slow I can’t wait that long. Snow again. Been 8 days. Iv just never had a problem like Iv had with this cvs.

I used to go to sheron drugs and unfortunately they closed down. I wasn’t aware my medications were being sent to cvs until I called to get a refill. I was given the number to CVS and I called multiple times but no answer. A week later I called and the person I spoke to was rude, I told her that I needed a refill and that I used to go to sheron drugs. She told me that the medicine would be ready for pick up later that day. I went to find out that it wasn’t even ready. I waited more than 25 minutes !! They shouldn’t be doing this to people it’s ridiculous. If there employees don’t like there job they can go elsewhere with there attitudes. Now once more I am picking up another prescription and it’s still not even ready. they sent me a confirmation that it was ready for pick up. There cooperate office needs to do something about this.

Irresponsible working staff my wife called to order her prenatal pills through the animated voice ordered her pills said it will be ready that same day we went to pick it up two days later and they said it was never ordered and had to wait an hour this is the second time they do that !!who ever is responsible for handling the rx orders through the machine is obviously not doing his or her job correctly!!
