Very bad experience bad bad bad.
We went for medication at 1:30 in the morning and they only gave me half of it, he says it's because they are cutting to go to lunch.

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Sadly tonight 11/18/24 I was falsely accused of stealing EMBARRASSING......never had problems coming here ever. I will be going further legally, this was unacceptable after being accused i presented my receipt to whom may have been the supervisor. I usually come here with my granddaughter glad I didn't tonight. A front end worker young girl made her supervisor think I was stealing SHAME on the both of you

The last time I went to this CVS I got harassed by a crackhead in the parking lot in broad daylight. It wasn't the first time. They congregate behind the building and wait for people to park so they can hassle them for money. Protect yourself, and go somewhere else.

this store is a night mare. I could not believe they way I was treated.very disrespect Over trying to just get my daughter gift card fixed.They Evan call the police on me coming from a family of 5# policeofficers I would never understand or expect this behavior.i have been a costomer for years.i never have any issues.the front of this store have no idea on how to make things right. I am a man of of traumatic brain injury survivor.Becareful of the way they use the police to cover up their lack incompetence & professionalism also Lenin manager and coworker assistant be aware of their behavior.will be investigated to stop the way they run the store. And take up police time for lacking customer service &making false accusations.they have to know potential consequences of their actions in the name of "Jesus".

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your CVs in central Islip East Suffolk ave. . The rudeness of one of the employees LENIN was beyond unacceptable. When I asked for assistance, the employee responded with a condescending attitude and made me feel like my questions were a nuisance. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. It's clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this store if they value respectful and helpful service.
