I had a great experience!! I made a reservation online for a mini van. Justin helped me out and answered all my questions, he was very friendly and patient. The car was very spacious and clean I definitely recommend booking with Enterprise!

Chris and Bryan at Enterprise in Central Islip, NY were awesome! After taking the LIRR from the city, Chris made our check-in process super easy and even made us laugh, which was a great start to our trip. The car was clean and ran perfectly.
I ended up needing to change my reservation, and Bryan went above and beyond. He made sure the total cost was updated correctly since I was dropping the car off a day early. He even let me hang out inside after they closed so I felt safe while I waited for my ride. Both of these guys were super kind and made the whole experience great!

Staff were incredibly helpful as we needed navigation and they only had top grade cars available that we couldn’t afford so they checked all the cars to get us the one with navigation and only charged us a smaller car price. Well done Christian and his lovely colleague. The car we had was great and really clean! Enterprise could do more to stock more smaller cars at this branch as they are obviously in high demand! The branch is conveniently situated next to the railway station. My advice would be definitely try to book ahead!

Just had a bad experience at your central islip location with that employee Lauren where I got a price over the phone with insurance included when I got there she gave me a different quote. When I was trying to explain that to her she didn’t even gave me time to speak I had to tell her can I speak. Worst customer service and very unprofessional.

Justin at the Central Islip location was fantastic. From start to finish. Completely professional and such a delight. Super informative and attentive .Big asset to this location. Complete smooth transaction. Watched him handle a room full of people 5 minutes to close by himself and did it with a smile on his face. This man deserves a promotion. Don’t let him go. Shout out to Justin. Thanks again.

Justin Torres is an exemplary Customer Service Representative. We found him to be polite , informative and attentive to our needs. Representative Lauren however was rude, condescending, disrespectful patronizing and dismissive. Her attitude was so nasty we had to request that another customer service representative complete our transaction. Which Mr. Torres did, thankfully.

Needed a last minute rental for a weekend trip and enterprise central islip staff was just fantastic. Lauren and William were not only super friendly, but made the entire process easy. My kids loved the truck so much, they were sad to return it. Huge thanks to them for everything!!! Highly recommend!
