I had my transmission repaired by them. There was a problem with the transmission when I received it back. I was not sure if it was the transmission or another component. I bought it in for warranty work, I was given a software update which I was charged for and the problem was not solved. I took it to another transmission shop who quickly diagnosed my problem and I got it repaired. I would not reccommend.

Well, I went with a problem in the transmission. They delivered the car to me supposedly with the problem repaired. But it was not like that with the same problem, the red light on the screen came on. I took it back to the rear of the car and they told me it was the catalytic converter. I wonder how the diagnosis of the catalytic converter didn't come out anywhere. What it always returns is the transmission with the same problem. In the end I paid 1,400 dollars and I have the same problem. It's nothing new, when it comes to women looking for something, the same thing happens. I don't get scammed.

I brought my car there almost a month ago for axel changes and a problem I had with the gear switch.. they never called my insurance contract that I have for them to start working on the car. Everytime I asked they will blame the insurance, so I called up the contract and they informed me that they never received a call from globe transmission's. Going back and forth finally the insurance called me to give the ok for the tear down. Ok, so then I get a call from globe stating that to overnight the parts it will be out of my pocket so I agreed to wait the four to five days.. it's been a week since and I called on my own asking update for my car and he said he called Friday meanwhile in my phone records we agreed to do the four to five days on Wednesday. So that means he waited whenever he wanted to call for the parts.Mind you everytime I asked for my car if I can just take it because they're taking to long to fix he will always come up with an excuse. This is ridiculous imagine if I was paying a rental. I will never take my cars here again.
