Do not go to the store and do not see Angela the woman that works there she rips people off and takes their money and puts it in her own pocket and she does not give you a receipt because they are her fees she says and she puts it in her pocket it's her money not the store's money. Go to any other T-Mobile store I highly recommend the store on 112 in Patchogue just over sunrise highway. Do not ever go to this store you will be ripped off by Angela. She needs to be fired she is not someone who should be representing Metro T-Mobile.

Never Ever go to this place for any service at all!!! They are thiefs!!! I just switched to Metropcs and these people are taking your money doing shady deals. They charged me double the amount of money I was supposed to pay by switching. They label it as activation fees Sim cards etc. Etc. They even added insurance for our phones even when we were bringing our own phones without telling us anything! We called customer service because we were told we were supposed to get a code to get Amazon prime. That's how we found out the fraud. It was the store manager who handled our accounts. Metropcs corporate now knows what they are doing and they are making a report for that store and manager. They probably thought we would never find out what they did. Be aware...! You can actually switch to Metropcs over the phone and pay a lot less money. I will leave a spanish version from this review so my Latino friend do not go to this store.

My experience was completely negative. I have paid for my service. I’ve no service at all, my phone setup was wrong, my name misspelled I had to contact MetroPCS to fix that. Pin created was wrong. The store clerk didn’t give a receipt of what I’ve paid for my phone line. I’m calling the store over and over.

Thieves, my technician was Manny Arias and he went through my emails on my phone when i dropped it off to have the screen replaced. Very shady place and unprofessional.
