NY Computer Geeks saved my life! I recently dropped my MacBook causing my hard drive to stop working. After taking it to the shop, the owner John was able to completely fix my hard drive issue within 24 hours. My MacBook is working 100% now. Major shoutout to NY Computer Geeks!

I do not recomend NY Computer GeeksWhen i went to him in september 2022 to replace the batteries of iphone 7 and iphone 7 plus he told me that the guarantee was for a year. Now the phones get hot on the back sideI called him and explained the problemHe got mad he said that i was accusing him of putting bad parts in the phoneI will never come back to NY computer Geeks ever again.

Over the years I’ve had them fix my laptops either replacing a screen when it cracked or replacing a chip on my MacBook or my Toshiba laptop and they have been efficient, quick to respond , and prices have been reasonable usually within a week I get my stuff back and it’s running like brand new. I recommend them they will fix your stuff no problem

I just pick up my laptop it was done so fast and effective. The price was reasonable if I went anywhere else it would be so much more money. The man was very respectful and called me everytime he needed to do something new to my laptop. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

DONT GO HERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE, THE GUY ACTS LIKE HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING BUT HE DOESNT, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! My wife took her computer here to fix after she dropped it and he said it would be $250 for a new mother board and labor so she paid him. A week went by and then he said the wrong part was sent, so we had to wait another week again for it to be fixed. Then he said something else was broken and it would be another $80, another week again and then the 4th week something else was broken too and was another $20. Then the mouse pad was bad and would be another part that was bad, we chose not to fix it. After we finally got the computer back after more than a month the speaker wasn't working!!! And he took it upon himself to not install the keyboard light that came with the computer from the factory "to save us money". Maybe he did this trying to rip my wife off since I didn't talk to him until the end when this was becoming annoying. Don't go here !
