This place has now become a DIY store. Went there to get some Christmas decorations and the "associates" were having a personal group discussion at the end of the isles. So I approached asking where I could find Christmas ornament hooks and one just pointed in the direction of the Christmas ornaments while the other two carried on their conversation. Needless to say, I never found the hooks and they never asked. I cashed out about 20 minutes later and they were STILL in the same position talking away. This store is useless and Lowes is only down the road. Someone is always there to help and they don't "quiet quit" in that store. Can't wait to see what they'll put there after it closes down.

Ever since moving to Long Island, I have found myself at Home Depot more times than I would have imagined. It's so great that they're located very close to my home. They have all of the essentials and offer a very affordable price. Generally, the customer service is good, however I have noticed that there is an apparent staff shortage at times. I found myself waiting 20 minutes to get help with my project and had asked the manager multiple times for available team member for assistance. I did ultimately receive the help and I was given a 10% discount for the trouble. Parking is always plentiful and the store is neat and organized. Pretty much has anything for your home needs indoors and outdoors. Shoutout to Krissy for her excellent customer service and providing me with a discount.

First time ever purchasing an appliance from home depot was a total disappointment. I order a 24' stove from home depot on Sunday February 6th 2022. The sale representative CJM6U15 ensured me that it was the right size although they didn't have it displayed in the store. He placed the order online and told me that my stove would be delivered on thursday february 10th. He informed me that On february 10th and that the person(s) delivering the item would contact me one day prior with the time. I received a text message a day prior to delivery as stated by sales person CJM6U15. The guys arrived along with a plumber ahead of time which was the only great thing about this entire experience. Only to determine that the stove they delivered was not a 24' stove but instead it was a 30' stove. I explained to them that I didn't order a 30' stove and they told me I needed to contact home depot because they happen to be a contractor, which was totally understood. I call home depot 1800 number and spoke with a female rep who placed me on hold and contacted the store directly. She told me that the manager of the store said a supervisor from the appliance department would contact me as soon as they arrive for there shift. I waited from 9am to 1pm and I called the store directly myself. I spoke with the same manager and he let me know that he was aware of the mistake that was made and he was waiting for two of the supervisors from appliances to get into work. At 345pm, I received a call from a supervisor from appliances named Rebecca who seemed very pleasant and like she wanted to assist me. She apologized for the mix up and told me that the 24' stove actually costed twice as much as the 30' and I would have to pay the difference if I wanted them to send the replacement. (Keep in mind this is home depot mistake from the very beginning) I told her that I would like a 24' stove at the rate that I initially paid/same style and close to the cost I paid. She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. She called me back within 20 minutes and stated that shes going to send me a few options via email. I picked one of the two stoves she sent which was a GE model. She said shes going to get the approval of the manager before she processes it. She called me back and we completed the order over the telephone. She said the new GE stove would arrive on February 15th and it would be discounted by $250 because it costed more but I still had to pay 150 dollars more thn the original stove I paid for, unbelievable. So, I received a text message february 14th that the guys would arrive between 7am and 11am on February 15th. Im thinking perfect because I will be home during those hours. The delivery guys arrive with the stove at 930am on february 15th, drop the stove off fully wrapped and heads for the door. I asked one of the guys, where is the plumber because I paid for installation. He tells me that he is a outside contractor in his job is to simply drop off. I said well can you atleast unwrap it so I can see it before you leave. I unwrap the stove and its a frigidaire not a GE stove. Im steaming now so I call Rebecca back and tell her whats going on because at this point im completed upset. Here it is day eight of me living without a stove and my family is forced to eat outside food and Ive spent over 200 dollars on food alone to feed my family because we donot have a stove. Rebecca tells me that she has to contact a few people and she will call me back. She never called back but instead had another woman call me back to tell me that the first stove was covered for installation but the second stove isn't covered for installation and basically I needed to hire a private company for installation. It really makes no sense, a stove is a stove. Connection to receive gas to your stove really shouldn't vary from stove to stove and honestly I think home depot is lying to me. I WILL NEVER ORDER NOR BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM HOME DEPOT EVER AGAIN AND I ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS READIMG THIS TO PLEASE ASK A

Dimwits galore, too bad they outnumber the very helpful ones. Their curbside service is a complete disaster! After waiting for them for 15 minutes (I was very patient as you see), I decided to go in myself. You can't call the store because the service redirects you. I spoke to the paint department guy on the phone and he was too slow to figure out the customer service desk extension. I was just like man, just go walk there the paint dept isn't far. So I also took my own advice and walked in, not even greeted or acknowledged until I spoke loud to the big guy playing with the scanner. The key making dept, they're a joke too and so is the dept to the left of it. Fire everyone and start over!

Was doing some shopping for a new project and was unfamiliar with this store's layout. I tried to ask 3 different employees where something was and they all completely ignored me, just kept walking. This would never happen at Lowe's, their employees will not only greet you but ask if you need help finding anything.

Once again The Home Depot has disappointed. Why is an order not really an order? Why is customer service not a service? Why am I doing all the work? The ordering, the paying, the tracking, the weekly calling only to be told by Customer (Dis) Service that maybe if I ask nicely I would get an answer. 20 + years later and I still never learn to lower my expectations.

Picked up a snowblower via the curbside pickup. Staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even loaded it into my truck and strapped it in beautifully.

It is one stop shopping. But I would like to also THANK the gentleman behind me an my friend for trying to pay for our supplies. Though we did not let him "pay it forward" as he stated, we wish nothing but good things to come for him. His generosity and sincerity was truly heart warming.
