I have used Towne Cleaners for about 40 years. They have always received me with a beautiful smile and their service has always been excellent quality. They have taking care of my clothing like no other. I highly recommend their services and friendship.

Been going every week or so and I usually have no issue. I normally give them my detergent to clean the clothes because I want it to smell nice. Well this time I brought a big container of detergent 1.26 gal. And when I came to get my clothes the detergent was almost completely done. And when asked about it I was told it was because they washed my clothes twice .(it wasn’t a lot of clothes to be begin with either) This was brand new and usually last me a month and in one wash it was almost gone. I was beyond irritated and I don’t know if I will go back after that.

Been bringing my clothes here for while now both shirts and pants to get them tailored and she always does a phenomenal job . Very happy I found this place !

I’d give 10 stars if I could - absolutely fantastic experience at Towne Cleaners. A light pink jumpsuit with years-old stains that I thought had no chance…. was saved! Also, my request for a dress alteration that I needed within the week was graciously accommodated and I could not be more grateful. Thank you so, SO much! Highly recommend!

Towne Cleaners has been a staple in our neighborhood for decades. It's a family-owned business that focuses on customer satisfaction. They are professional and detailed-oriented. It's a great place for tailoring in addition to laundry and dry cleaning services. My family have been customers for many years.

Where do I begin. Suki used to do all our dry cleaning and was my seamstress for over 15 years. She was sheer perfection . She has since retired. Now her daughter La who is remarkable fills her mommas shoes to the tee. And that’s no easy feat!. I recommended La to my childhood best friend. If you’re in need of a great seamstress I recommend La! She’s patient and her pricing is fair! God bless this family and their business.

We travel from Out east back to Central Islip to have our alterations done here. Customer service and work on our clothes are the best! We have tried other places when we moved and were very disappointed, so we are back and VERY HAPPY!!!!

I have been coming to Towne Cleaners for over 15 plus years. They have never let me down. La, the owner is great. She is so good with her hands, she can fix anything you give her. She is also extremely honest. Her son is amazing too. I love this cleaners. I travel from Ronkonkoma to this cleaners almost every week, because I know my clothes are going to come out right.
