I spoke to Michelle and Matt, The owners of the shop. Their customer service was great, very friendly, knowledgeable, explaining the problem and repair needed. “Great people. I had them replace the transmission seals on my classic mercedes over the winter. After I resinstalled the tranny, it was leaking transmission fluid. Brought it in and they fixed MY mistake (loose banjo fitting) and installed new washers - NO Charge. I figured it might have been my mistake but I just didn't want to crawl under it again - I expected to pay something. They went above and beyond. A few years ago, they installed a rebuilt transmission in my explorer - it ran great. It's great when you can find a shop that knows what they are doing and you can trust.”
