Worst experience ever.. Not recommended to anyone

If I could give a 0 I definitely would. This place is horrible and super rude. There is an old skinny guy somewhere that everyone complains about. Threatening everyone to move their car or he will move it screaming at everyone. I always go to the next shopping center and I always see these workers smoking and getting high. Services are horrible due to lack of knowledge and training. Today was the 1st time I ever seen this place so busy and packed of cars. The cars were blocking all the entrances and parking lot. You couldn’t go in or out. As you can see all the extra cars parked and blocking the entrances. The cars were going so fast my children and I were so scared for us to go through or even around this place. There were many people walking through that felt the same way. We were treated horribly by an old guy in his 50s or 60s. My recommendation for this guy that everyone has a problem with is if you don’t like your job just quit!! 😡😤 For the owner I would say hire people more professional because they are clearly under trained. You pass by workers are smoking and getting high. I’m surprised you guys are still running a business with such bad reviews. Clearly reviews speak for themselves.

Had to buy a used tire. Cost was $50.00. Paid using my debit card in which I was charged a unexpected additional $5.00 fee. Total 55.00. This additional charge of 5.00 was supposed to go to the mechanic as a tip not tri-state fee. So it took away from the mechanic fee. As this unacceptable practice has been going on for yrs. Told the owner it's unfair to his workers as that now becomes slave labor by taking away their tip. He just didn't get it.

Stopped there to see if they had the tire we need for our vehicle, some napoleon sized man walked up to our car automatically starts speaking to us rudely about waiting on line like everybody else, when there are no clearly marked signs to say there was a line. Definitely won't be coming back nor would i recommend it to others.

I git my tire change a couple of weeks ago and the mechanic who I've never seen before uses the impact on my tire AFTER raising the vehicle, no breaking the nuts. Tire spins as hit hits it with the impact. Cross threads a nut and the proceeds to use an angle grinder to cut the nut and stud and then says it was already cross threaded. I don't like confrontation so I didn't cause a fuss. The two guys that work there (light skin dude and a black dude) are the only ones that didn't join in to cover the obvious mistake, they are also the ones who never made that mistake. I also was given a used tire with a nail head in it. I wanted a new tire but never had the chance to let the guy know, after he sliced my stud and proceeded the discard it, he just disappeared. This usually a decent shop but having just lost my job I had to plug the tire after taking the wheel off and replacing the stud. The owner seems nice and reasonable so could you please make sure newer guy know the procedure to removing a tire and not to run the impact so high it messes up hardware.

Went there to get tires for my wife car and I specifically asked for my car tires to be balanced to my surprise it wasn't plus there was a nail in the tire they sold me .........I went to this place to buy a wheel for my wife's car and I told them to please do the balancing and well surprise mine was not like that now I have to go somewhere else to pay more money and another thing they gave me a wheel with a nail inside
