I’ve witnessed on several occasions the older, heavy-set male Latino employee sometimes pretending to not know Spanish. I’ve walked in and seen him helping Spanish-speaking patrons fluently. Several other occasions I’ve seen Spanish-speakers walking in and asking him for help, and he pretends that he doesn’t understand, replies in English, and is very rude to them. He is also cranky towards me, an English-speaker but I don’t take it personally….however the pretending to not know Spanish with Latino people who need help is odd and unprofessional behavior.

There’s one person that talks really disrespectful at the customers, I talked to him in Spanish and he spoke to me in English telling me I had to learn English in a very rude manner .

I went today to try to get a passport walking hours that is 10-11 the guy who attended me said he does not have the time an personel to do it an the he was doing to many thing Thats very unprofessional .

The old man, that arrogant Jorge, should be changed. It's incredible that people who don't speak Spanish try to do it with Hispanics, but this old man speaks very well and it seems that I didn't go to look for a package and I didn't look for it, he just said that it hadn't arrived.

Nasty attitudes and information is not communicated at all ... Mainly the two older Hispanic guys... Nasty attitudes all the time the post master even said the way i was spoken to was incorrect... Post office is in shambles

The service of Post Office is very bad,unfriendly workers and the mail man left the mail out of the mailbox, they don't care for the customers like other companies do it very well.

My package was held at this location for pickup.
I presented myself twice to pick it up both times I was told the package was not there.
The package is now sent back to the shipper
