“My driver Harry put gas in a diesel engine by mistake next door to their shop at the Mirabito station. Someone overheard him telling his stress story and they recommended 1MPH next door. These guys were great and drained the tank and he was on his way in a few hours. They rearranged their schedule to get us in ASAP. I appreciate their fair dealings! Would recommend this shop!”

John Rizzo the service manager told me on the phone. Come over and give us a chance. 5 Years later and 2 vehicles going on 3 I am still there. NOWHERE I have had better treatment, If I have a grip he listens and does his best to help. There was only 1. HE even took care of that so I did;t have to dump my F150, Ran like a bear until some guy t-boned me. Now I am looking for #3”

I made this review at about 2:30 PM yesterday well earlier today (less than 24 hrs after I made the complaint) I got a call from the store manager who went above and beyond rectify the situation. His name is Ed. If it was not for him, I would never go back to Napa. I changed my review from one star to four stars because I cannot just completely forget what happened with that employee yesterday. But I did change it to four stars because he was absolutely amazing. When I go back to Napa in the future, if it is a good experience, I will change my review to five stars.
But I can see, as a wife of someone who owns a business and as holding many manager positions in the past, that that store would be in big trouble if it did not have Ed. I must also say that there was another female employee working who attempted to de-escalate the situation on day 1 but was shut down by the employee with the long light hair I made sure Ed knew who she was so that she would get recognition for attempting to rectify the situation. As for the disgusting employee that I encountered on Sunday, she should be fired because she is bad for your business - not just because I don’t like her. I say this as a community member, she is bad for your business her whole attitude is disgusting she does not represent Napa well and unfortunately this is not something that you can train people on - it must be part of their personality. People will say, “they acted like they were doing me a favor“ well this woman actually said “I’m doing you a favor” I was in the store before closing and it’s not my fault that it took her over 15 minutes to process a refund and then she actually said I’m doing a favor by staying late And I said to her that she was on the clock and getting paid for doing her job she said we don’t get paid to stay late (which I confirmed with the manager is not true) so she’s a liar and she’s rude! With all the options online and all the other stores around selling the same products you must be diligent and preserving every customer you can. And Ed did this! Good job Ed!!!

I went to the Napa on Midler Avenue because they are right near my mother-in-law’s house and I’m out there five times a week so I picked up my brake pads didn’t get a chance to put them on two weeks later and found out my caliper was bad so I went back there and got my caliper. They gave me the wrong parts. So I go to Central Square Napa to try to get the correct parts the woman at the counter (long colored hair) was extremely rude told me that she was doing me a favor by doing the refund when they gave me the wrong parts… she pretended to not be able to read the numbers on the slip making the return take 15 minutes and then complaining that she was there late because she was supposed to leave at 2. Everyone knows that if you use your debit card you can do a cash refund. The other cashier overheard the tail end of it and came over and said why don’t you just give her a cash refund she’s like I can’t I don’t have enough cash really you guys don’t have $172 in your drawer at the end of the day maybe that’s because of your attitude - That’s because everybody’s going everywhere else because they don’t wanna deal with you your outdated systems, lack of parts, lack of knowledge, and disgusting attitude… now if you go next-door to advanced auto or across the street to O’Reillys you are met with a smile, knowledgeable employees, and amazing service!”
“Thought I had a bad truck battery, so stopped to have it tested and replaced. Employee tested my electrical system and determined that the starter was the issue. He was very friendly and thorough in explaining the results, while standing out in the rain.”

“What can I say. I have brought at least 5 vehicles to the Central Square Walmart for tire installation. Never a bad experience. I have also had 4 wheeler tires mounted. No problems. 2 days ago took the cake. I brought 2 tires from a jetski trailer as they had lost their air and I could not get them to bead. Figured I may need new ones but what the heck. Someone took my tires as soon as I walked in the door. The tires were a little stubborn but the man who took them was able to get them mounted. I had tried for at least 2 hours at home. The best part; they didn't charge me anything. I offered but they refused to take anything for the service.
