We have used climate controlled in the Central Square location twice. It is immaculate and managed well. Great staff.

I rented a new unit and went to go in on a Saturday night. My code wouldn’t work to get in the building. I called and left a message figuring I would have to wait till Monday morning. Nope. Not even 2 minutes later I got a callback with a temporary code! Amazing service! People are soo nice and always willing to help! No other storage company I’ve used has been as great as B&C!

The first person I talked to was Julia. She was absolutely fantastic. Within 10 minutes she explained the cost, where my storage unit was and that they supplied the lock. I created my access code and was in looking for my storage unit. I then called at the end of the month to pay my next month's bill and talked to Megan. Once again she was extremely helpful, friendly and had a few laughs. It once again only took a few minutes. My message to B&C Storage is everyone within your company should be trained by these 2 wonderful employees. 5 stars are not nearly enough for rating them. I thank them and B&C Storage for having such great representatives!!!!!

Its nice to not be charge for a lock or an admin fee. It was easy to rent online. I know of another storage company that has rate increases every 4 months which would eventually be out of my budget but with B&C storage I don’t have to worry about the unit being out of my budget. I would use them again.

Clean and safe. Cameras everywhere, gate with a personal code, doorway to climate controlled storage also has a personal code and locks provided with 2 keys.

I rented at B&C for a few years awhile back.
I really liked everything about it. When I called to pay each month the lady was so sweet. I now am renting again and it is just as awesome except the little concrete ramp is hard to walk up and down with totes in your hands.
