But if they're worthy of being recommended by Jeff Lyman (Jeffrey's)... I'm sure it will be a very good review.

What an awesome place. Took great care of my dad's car. When he got it back it looked almost new- not only was the damage from the accident taken care of beautifully but a bunch of chips from doors being slammed into the sides were touched up and I think they even detailed the car. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need any body work.”

I needed a new tailgate on my Durango and the first tailgate that came in was not up to standard for them so they ordered another one, which I definitely appreciated as it showed their commitment to quality parts and craftsmanship. My repairs were ultimately completed 2 days ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for your repair needs, Amanda and her team were exceptional!”

“I dropped off my pickup on Monday the 5th. The front desk person was exceptional. She was able to answer my questions. This collision center was recommended to me by a retired body worker. The day I brought it into the shop they found more work would be necessary than the adjuster had identified. More parts would be needed. I was informed that afternoon and my insurance was contacted by the shop. I really liked that I was kept informed as it will now take longer to repair than the original 2 weeks.
I did have to wait about a month before they had an opening.”
“As a rite of passage in central New York, I hit a deer, or I should say a deer hit me. My insurance told me to take the car to Gerber. I had never heard of Gerber, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, the staff was so kind to me. They provided updates throughout the entire process, and they finished the repairs well before promised. When I saw my car, it looked brand new! and they even cleaned the inside! When my car was returned to me, I noticed a few issues and when I reached out, they told me they would take care of it right away. Thank you for your excellent customer service! The only complaint I have and it is minor, is that loaner vehicles should be available like some of your competitors...but it's no biggie, we made it work!”
