The employees are very nice, friendly and well informed. The service was very prompt. The waiting room is very comfortable. After having dealt with this dealership for many years they have proven to be very honest and trustworthy.

Burdick Ford repaired my electric seat quickly and their service department stay a few minutes past close so I could pick up my car the day it was completed. The service department kept in touch through text and it was really easy to communicate with them.
