Fast service. From check in on app to vehicle being brought out was easily less than 5 minutes. Deducting 1 star because vehicle was brought out via forklift and it was my intention to avoid this due to the likelihood of the forks damaging the vehicle. By the time I realized it though, it was too late. Luckily vehicle was not damaged. Service inside building was what I expected it to be, employees pretty curt but if you've been to a copart before, that's pretty standard.

My car was recently totaled in an accident. Northside Collision in Cicero released my car to Copart after I specifically let them know I needed to collect my plates and my personal belongings. I was not made aware until I came to grab my plates and things out of my car and found my car completely gone from the Northside Collision lot.
When I came to collect my things from Copart, the front desk employees were very sweet and kind, and all of my things were completely intact. I was able to get every single thing out of my car, and I was very pleased with how kind the front office staff were.

My wife went to pick up her belongings at Co-Part in Syracuse and found the car was completely cleaned out and vacuumed. None of her items were in the car or saved for her. The only thing they gave her was her license plates and her EZ pass, along with a few papers from the globe box. When she asked where her items were, the woman behind the counter was rude and sarcastic. Tried to tell her the towing company must have took it before they got it. NO! The towing company did not touch it. We saw our car before co parts cot it and it was all in tact. We did not know it would be taken to Syracuse, an hour and a half away from us, or we would have gotten our thing’s before they took it. She called the manager as soon as she left and was told they will look into it. Never called us back. They are not a good place!

Everything takes a very long time, one disabled person drives a forklift, moves cars from one place to another. I arrived half an hour before check-in and didn’t load anything, even though I was the only one here. Because of him I was late for the next pickup

Wasn’t aware they have the right to remove everything from your truck and toss it in the bed, I never removed it cuz I wasn’t informed if it was being totaled or not, but some scum there stole my seat covers and a laptop but clearly they need to more due to their low paying job and terrible parents raising them so best of luck with it cuz the screens broke?
