Very friendly and down to earth. Don't really have anything else to say as insurance is taking three and a half eternities.... Will try to remember to update once the car has been repaired.
But if they're worthy of being recommended by Jeff Lyman (Jeffrey's)... I'm sure it will be a very good review.
Update (2 months later)
What an awesome place. Took great care of my dad's car. When he got it back it looked almost new- not only was the damage from the accident taken care of beautifully but a bunch of chips from doors being slammed into the sides were touched up and I think they even detailed the car. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need any body work.

I had never been in an accident before but their tow came after I hit a deer and they sounded like they really wanted to help me. They also provided a car for me to rent from them, making the process that much easier. It took a month because of some parts but the wait was well worth it. I just got my car back yesterday afternoon and it looks perfect. Thank you guys, I really appreciate the work you've done for me!

I was stuck in a very long and snowy driveway while doing a delivery for work. I had been sitting there for hours. A tow truck driver came out and said he couldn’t help me. He found me someone else eventually. He called McGills and Nick said he would come out and at least try to help me. He came out and helped me with no hesitation! He was very professional. I cried when I finally got out of that driveway after being stuck for 4 hours in the middle of nowhere. Thank you again Nick!!!

They did a great job fixing a dent in my car a couple months ago. I was worried that it would be noticeable after it was fixed since my car was only a year old, but you can’t even tell and looks like it came from the factory again. The owner and partner were both very friendly and personable. They made the whole process stress free and took care of insurance issues for me. Also, the rental car being right there ready for me was very convenient too. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs body work done!

My driver Harry put gas in a diesel engine by mistake next door to their shop at the Mirabito station. Someone overheard him telling his stress story and they recommended 1MPH next door. These guys were great and drained the tank and he was on his way in a few hours. They rearranged their schedule to get us in ASAP. I appreciate their fair dealings! Would recommend this shop!

These folks were the ones to tow my car when it was recently totaled, and the service they provided was excellent. They were courteous and helpful to the driver at the scene of the accident, and continued to maintain that demeanor during my interactions. When the time came to get a rental, the team was about to offer a car for a cost that worked for me when the big chains couldn't be bothered. They made a stressful time far easier to manage, and I'm thankful for that. Would definitely recommend.

Great family and good people.my wife hit a buck with our Toyota Rav 4. This vehicle looks new. Great job. 5 stars out of 5 stars. I did not even have to call or deal with my insurance company. BTW my dad died that day, they came with the tow truck and picked the vehicle up within. 15 minutes. Thank you, Matt, By Rob

Matt McGill rescued my Husband and I in our time of need. While traveling from up north our car engine lost power on interstate 81. Not from the area we googled towing services, thank goodness Matt McGill Collision was the first one on the list. In a stressful time Matt was our savior. I had a 7:00am dr appt in Syracuse the next day and we were traveling to our friend's house for the night. We did not know how we were going to get to where we needed to go. Not only did Matt tow our car but also had a rental vehicle available for us and was genuinely concerned about our situation. It has lighten my heart to know there are still good genuine people out there with family, business and customer service values, that have not been corrupted by the world we live in.
