Not getting my package here goes to some one else box

ive been at the same address for 3yrs. Something new this year they dont deliver to my mailbox if theres alot of snow. Never had a prob for 3yrs now all of a sudden theres a problem. Stupid!!!! Called to see what was going on and was treated rudely swore at and hung up on.

They put your mail in other peoples mail boxes or dont deliver it. Who ever delivers on mondays has no clue what there doing on East river road Central Square.
