When i walked in the store a guy Emilio helped me out to pick out a nice hat from the store. He even took the time to get me the items that just got shipped in for a wider selection of colors. Great staff and a great store love the vibe!?

Discounted items is more expensive than outlet online store has to offer. Suggest not to visit. Selections are very limited in sizes and colour

As soon as we walked in store we were greeted. We then went to look for rain clothes and Jake walked over to assist without having to ask. He was so nice and so very helpful. This is the type of employee that truly makes the store worth visiting. To be honest everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly.
Danny checked us out and he was very friendly. We had such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this location.

Love shopping Arcteryx Woodbury commos. Always the best experience and fair price. Sales person 'Dan' made me feel like I'm VIP. He is very knowledgeable with their products and helpful, pleasant and wonderful to shop with in the store.

Disappointed with the service from Arc'teryx. Discovered I was charged twice for a single instore purchase, and when I reached out for help, the only solution offered is to physically visit the store. Unreasonable to expect customers to go through such trouble to fix a mistake they made. Frustrated with the lack of a more convenient resolution.
