CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! The worst customer service in this entire outlet. Associate Vanessa and the manager which I can't remember her name aside from the fact that it starts with an M ( possibly Meredith) were so condescending and unacomadating when. There embroidering machine ruined the
bag i intended to buy. I waited 2 hours in the store for absolutely nothing.

Had a coupon code but wanted to give the sale to the store instead of shopping online—BIG mistake—! Manager involved the regional manager to ensure coupon code became deactivated instead of honoring it. I ended up making my purchase just outside of the store with another code but kept my mouth shut this time so it wouldn’t get deactivated for other customers as well SMH.
