Läderach offers a different and delicious Swiss chocolate experience. The shop is pristine. The chocolate is amazing, fabulous, delectable, and so good, with special bark and beautiful chocolate bunnies. The service is absolutely fantastic, exceptional, and super friendly with great customer service all around. Staff are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, offering samples and taste testers. Customers report an amazing experience and highly recommend stopping by, planning to return often to buy more of the fantastic chocolate.

Jose Diaz and Gio D. were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They went out of their way to let me try a variety of chocolates and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience. Ask for them if you go!!

A favorite Laderach location and a “must stop” on any outing to the outlets. The staff is what makes it so special, they never hesitate to explain the process or what makes their product unique. Caitlyn and her team are the best!
