Victoria called various stores to FedEX a pair of jeans I loved and the manager, Julian, had the best sense of humor and was kind/helpful to customers and employees. You can tell when a team clicks and this team brought it and helped me find 5 pairs of jeans. Victoria was truthful about fit and helped me find the fit I was wanting. “This is the store I have visited the Woodbury outlet for the longest time. I visit twice a month on average. I can feel the changes in prices. The quality is great. I hope to organize some discounts to attract more customers. Prices and products will change. If you like it, buy it immediately, otherwise you may regret it!”
“Every time I go to Woodbury I shop here. I’ve never had a bad experience and the staff remembers me and is always friendly and helpful. I shop Vince both at the retail stores and this outlet, and I often find more colors and styles at the outlet than I have seen at the full price stores. I prefer in store shopping because I like to see the quality and fit before I purchase. I’m never disappointed here!”
“Brooks brothers has been my go to brand for T-shirts and they had a pretty ok collection. The offers were also good.
They can work on their women's section and the reps who are their best the fitting rooms can be kinder.

They have options for the entire family, so adults and babies can leave with something. It's outside, so be prepared for that. Be sure to take a pic at the I NY sign they have. It's a cute photo op.”
