A nice store fully stocked up with a good collection of their models.
Some items were on sale with a decent discount. I was looking for slip-on shoes for walking, but the lady couldn't find any, unfortunately.
All the same, I had a good feel at the store.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY! This is the first time I have ordered from New Balance and I am completely disgusted with how they have handled my situation. New balance stole $200 from me. I have already contacted the police and filed a dispute with my financial institution to mend THEIR wrong. They are thieves and should be treated as such. I ordered a pair of 2200RDs for my girlfriend for the holdiay in the beginning of December and never actually received the item. I was told to file a claim and that I would be contacted with further instruction. Come to find out from UPS, the package WAS delivered to my home but ultimately stolen from my front porch. I contacted one of their reps to see what I can do but he brushes me off and hangs up on me. I never knew reps could abruptly hang up on customers because they can't handle an upset one. I just want the shoes or the money back that's it. It's not my fault the package got stolen so why should New Balance get $200 from me and I have NO merchandise from them? Like I said, NEVER buy from them.
