Perfumania is a nice place to buy perfume. The service is often described as excellent, above and beyond, and honest. Sales associates are noted for being patient, charming, and expert at what they do. They work to meet customer needs, help them find specific collections, and let them sniff samples effortlessly. If a desired perfume is not in stock, associates will take information and notify the customer when it arrives, even delivering it to their house. The store offers various discounts and promotions. Some customers note the collection is not massive and that associates can be pushy with sales pitches for items like travel bottles, which may confuse people.
